Cozy, country home surrounded by nature with three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a sleeper loveseat to host your next getaway. Fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, free Wifi and Roku TV's. Barbeque on the deck while enjoying beautiful sunsets or a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise. The gas firepit and electric fireplace provide a cozy atmosphere during the fall and winter months. As the home states, you are nestled in a whitetail haven where you will likely see beautiful whitetail deer and their fawns passing through as they call this area home. Just 15 miles from the Ark Encounter, local dining and shopping. We are centrally located between Lexington KY, Louisville KY and Cincinnati OH. We're 49 miles to the Kentucky Horse park, 48 miles to the Creation Museum, and 34 miles to the Cincinnati Zoo.

My family and I really enjoyed our time at this home! It was in a beautiful location, with a wonderful yard and large back porch. It was very clean, we had plenty of room and everything we needed for an excellent price. The host made check in and check out an easy process. And, it was close to all the sites we had planned to visit. I would highly recommend this property when in this area of Kentucky!

Brought my 88 yo mom down to see The Ark exhibit and this VRBO was such a nice, safe place to stay. Clean, quaint and peaceful and beautiful drive to surrounding areas. Hosts were responsive and helpful. Really enjoyed staying at their place. Would stay again if ever back in area. Thanks to the hosts for providing a nice place!

The kitchen has both regular coffee pot and a Keurig. The rooms are a perfect size with comfortable beds in all three rooms. We stayed up playing cards at the table in kitchen. Plenty of parking area in the driveway. Close enough to the Ark and museum. We fit in some antique shopping. Had a wonderful time wish we could have stayed longer.

Great Host, Josh & Jackie made us feel at home, the girls loved feeding the deer. House was beautiful & clean. We had everything we needed & more. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

We came down for a wedding and this was the perfect place. The house was absolutely beautiful. The owner was cutting the grass when we got there and he was so nice. It was so nice and peaceful hanging out in the deck. It was a perfect place to spend the weekend.

We loved our stay, very clean and peaceful. Very convenient to travel to The Ark encounter and Dry Ridge for meals or plenty of equipment to make our own meals with shopping at Walmart if we would have choosen to go that route.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and stocked with all the necessities. It even had cute fall decor. It is located in a quiet country setting that was very peaceful. We enjoyed daily visits from the deer. It was close to the Ark Encounter, Creation museum and Cincinnati. The owner was quick to answer all messages!
