Harbour Haven  HOA Rules–

As a small residential community, we are fortunate to have several amenities for use by our residents and their guests, including our neighborhood beach and dock on Bass River. In addition, many of our residents volunteer their me to maintain the roads, grounds and other common areas throughout the neighborhood.

As a guest in our neighborhood, we ask that you treat it as if you were a resident and help us preserve the safety and wellbeing of our community.

Most importantly:
• GO SLOW: The neighborhood speed limit is 12 MPH
• BE CONSIDERATE: Please be considerate of your neighbors at all times, especially in the evening

In addition, please note the following important rules:
• BEACH RULES:
o Please do not leave any trash on the beach or in the parking area
o No fires are allowed on the beach at any time
o Vehicles and golf carts are prohibited on the beach
o Please be considerate of the neighbors who abut the beach
o Dogs are not allowed on the beach from Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day

• DOCK RULES:
o Use of the dock for launching kayaks or other small vessels, or for docking of any boats, personal watercraft or other vessel, is limited to residents with mooring permits issued by the Town of Yarmouth in the Harbour Haven Mooring field
o Improper use of the dock is prohibited and unattended vessels will be subject to removal by the Yarmouth Harbormaster
