This townhome can be a base for adults who are in Fort Collins for work, travel or fun. The Property is available for a minimum of 30 days and maximum of 120 days. Accessing the home through a small private patio, it offers 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The 2 Queen beds and 1 Full bed can accommodate a maximum of 6 persons. Tastefully appointed, the home is quiet and comfortable with soothing décor with central air and heat, Internet/WIFI, Google television, a well-equipped kitchen and basement laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. Smoke detectors and carbon monoxide monitors present.
No Smoking in or on any area of the Property, including the front patio. No vaping inside the Property.
No pets allowed. Due to Homeowner’s severe allergies, we cannot accommodate Service or Emotional Support Animals (ESA’s) either. (The entry step and 2 sets of carpeted stairs would not be ideal for some individuals.)

Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood of homes and townhomes that afford walking or biking, the landscaped complex is approximately 3 miles from I-25 and walking distance to Harmony Road. Within 3 miles of grocery, pharmacy, office supply stores and numerous restaurants, the area provides all the necessary amenities and more.
