Welcome to our freshly remodeled studio in Chula Vista, Wisconsin Dells! Enjoy two full-size beds and pull-out full-size sofa bed, a smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a full bathroom. Conveniently located on the first floor, this privately owned and managed studio is in the heart of vacation country, close to all the exciting attractions. Perfect for a solo escape or a couple's retreat, experience comfort in one of Wisconsin's premier destinations.

Located in the heart of vacation country, our beautifully updated condo offers the perfect home base for your Wisconsin Dells adventure. Although this condo is privately owned and not associated with Chula Vista resorts, you’ll still enjoy a fully renovated space with all the comforts of home, and optional access to resort amenities like the water park and golf can be purchased separately at the front desk.

𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬:
Guest have access to the entire unit. Private entrance. No need to stop at the front counter head right over to Golf Villa 5 (Building D, follow the signs)

If the signs aren't up here are some old school directions. GPS will not take you to the exact building.

- Look for the sign off of WIS-13 and turn onto Chula Vista Parkway.
- At the stop sign, turn right and continue down Chula Vista Parkway.
- Drive 0.4 miles to the next stop sign, which is River Rd. Turn right onto River Rd.
- Continue down River Rd until you reach the first set of buildings on the right.
- Turn into the parking lot.
- Drive past the first building and continue straight.
- Veer right until you reach the next building.

Parking:
- Continue until the end of the driveway and park. You should be at building D.
- The front door will read "Golf Villas 5."
Enter the front door, take a left, and head down the hallway to door 7129.


𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞 𝐍𝐨𝐭𝐞:
This unit is privately owned and managed by Great Lakes Getaways and not affiliated with Chula Vista Resort Management. Access to resort amenities cannot be guaranteed and is subject to availability, only when amenities are open to the general public. No paid resort amenities are included.

𝐆𝐮𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐚𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐨:
* Outdoor pool & lazy river (public, seasonal – open May 1 through September 1, 9 AM to 5 PM)
* Sandy beach area and pavilion in front of the main building
* Chula Vista Outdoor Hotsprings (main building, access through Door 7, hours: 9 AM – 10 PM)
* Golf Villa Spa hot tub, located behind Building C – accessible to all Chula Vista condo guests, open after September 1 when the outdoor pool and lazy river close. (monitored by video surveillance)
* Water Park Passes: Passes can be purchased directly at the water park. They are not included in the price of the room.
