Your 1 bedroom Vintage-Modern apartment is centrally located for enjoying all things Thomas Square, Starland District & Downtown Savannah. We are a 30 day minimum stay.
With a modern aesthetic & design, your fully equipped home has everything you need to embrace the lovely Hostess City.
Enjoy sitting on the patio with Adirondack chairs around a fire pit & charcoal grill.
Your apartment comes with 1 parking spot, hi-speed Wi-Fi, laundry room in apt, YouTube TV, and a fully stocked kitchen.
THIS HOME:
Our 1 bedroom apartment is a spacious stay with a sitting area in the bedroom. This apartment is on the back of the property with a parking space behind the patio. It comes with a comfy queen bed and eat in kitchen.
You are a short walk to many shops and restaurants including Cotton & Rye, Perc Coffee, Tequilas and Tacos and more.
The laundry with new washer and dryer is inside in the entry way closet.
When you arrive at the house you will can enter through the back of the apartment with keyless entry codes. Once inside, You can enjoy, relax and make yourself at home. Then make your way to the patio with Adirondack chairs around the fire pit.
Inside you'll find a fully stocked coffee bar. We provide specialty ground coffee roasted by Good Citizen exclusive to our guests. We provide a great selection of teas. Some creamer and sugar available.
The kitchen is also stocked to cook almost any meal. We include all of the pots and pans, measuring cups, mixing bowls, and utensils to cook to your heart's desire. It's equipped with a full size refrigerator and freezer, oven, and range.
Our bathroom has all the essentials you need to get you started: including soaps, shampoo and hair dryer.

We are Kindred House, a group of boutique stays scattered about the country. Your hosts Robert & Mikal have years of successful experience in hospitality in the lovely coastal Lowcountry of Georgia and South Carolina. It’s a joy to be able to host our guests.
We love the chance to travel to new places, exploring as we go. There’s never a bad time to catch a happy hour cocktail with some raw oysters. Aside from hosting on Airbnb, we are planning and coordinating beautiful weddings as Posey Event Design. Robert is also a licensed realtor in GA.
