With 4 bedrooms (7 beds) and 4 bathrooms you will have plenty of space to sleep up to 13 guests—making it a perfect trip for families and friends. There is a hot tub, pool table, a GOLF pad, cornhole and tons of games (Spike Ball, Can Jam and more) to take your stay to the next level.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:

Upstairs, Bedroom 2: 1 king (with walkout view); shared bathroom with bedroom 3
Upstairs, Bedroom 3: 1 queen, 1 full; shared bathroom with bedroom 2
Basement, Bedroom 4: 1 queen, 1 twin. With en-suite bathroom (shared with sofa sleeper guests)
Basement living room: Brand new, comfortable, queen sized sofa sleeper.

—We offer plenty of parking for our guests, including a detached 2 car garage if needed-so parking your boat/jet ski’s wont be a problem.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Each bedroom offers a large closet. New mattresses, and comfortable pillows.
Fast and reliable Wi-Fi. 4k Roku sticks for streaming options. Plenty of cell service. Tons of board games to enjoy, including brand new Cornhole boards located in the building beside the hot tub. A full size pool table is located in the basement. Kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal, (including a Keurig) and each bathroom is stocked with a start up amount of toilet paper (larger groups will likely need to stop and get more). Washer and dryer located on main level.
Gas grill located on the upper deck, as well as a brand new 6 person hot tub on the lower deck. Let’s not forget about our unique Golf Pad! For once it will be enjoyable to watch your ball splash down into the water.

We had an excellent experience here! The host was communicated well and was able to answer our specific questions ahead of the trip. The house itself was beyond our expectations. It was beautiful and set in a beautiful location. The house was also stocked better than any rental I've ever seen. There were ample kitchen gadgets and supplies, plenty of towels and toiletry items, in addition to the fun activities like the hot tub, indoor games, outdoor games, and a putting green. We had both small children and dogs so the fully fenced in yard around the house was a wonderful bonus. We were very impressed and would definitely stay again!

Perfect place! Ten minutes to boat dock. Plenty of parking for four cars and a boat. Two big deck areas to sit. So much fun hitting golf balls into the lake. Fully stocked kitchen. House fenced in which was perfect for a dog. Kroger 7 minutes away and you can order the day before and pick up everything.

Family getaway

Great cabin, with awesome amenities. Cabin had a couple cleanup issues but that was due to the last group that stayed and the short turnaround. I would still recommend the cabin as it close to the marina and trails. The host is super responsive and accommodating of guest needs during stay.

Great family vacation spot!

Property was great for our family of 9. Having multi levels was convenient for naps and privacy. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. Property had a beautiful view and we never ran out of hot water! Would definitely stay here again.

Very cool spot

The house was great and kept us entertained for 2 full days even though the weather wasn’t very good for much else. Not much going on in the little town. Hopefully next time, the weather will allow us to explore the lake life a little more. The golf course up the street looked pretty cool. Corey was very responsive for any questions. Overall, great time!

You need to stay here

This is a very nicely done property with plenty of space for a family. The view is great, the house is in very nice condition, and plenty of privacy. One of the most honest VRBO listings I’ve seen. You won’t be disappointed.

Beautiful Views

We had a wonderful stay! So much fun with the hot tub, golf tee, lots of board games, and room for kids to ride bikes! We did have lots of rain and wind so had to outreach to owner and property manager, but both were very quick to respond, super friendly and helpful. The rental was very clean and well stocked. The Charred Oak Grill was a great restaurant we enjoyed and not too far of a drive! We would definitely come back again!

Weekend getaway

Great weekend getaway! Super clean property, the kitchen had all the important items plus things we’d forgotten, and the views were amazing. Enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, and the golf green. Will be returning!

Perfect lake house

We had the best trip ever! The house was perfect for the 6 of us. Got on the lake a few times and using the hot tub and golf tee so fun. I highly recommend!

A perfect lake stay!

We had an absolutely perfect weekend at this lake house! The location is truly picture-perfect, with stunning views and just a short distance from the boat loading dock, which made our days on the water super convenient. The house itself was clean and incredibly comfortable. The host was quick to respond, very helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. We can't wait to come back one day! Beautiful Lake House

Peaceful Conveniently located property

The location is minutes away from restaurants and fun attractions (Mill Springs and Natural arch were amazing) while maintaining a peaceful-secluded atmosphere with amazing views of the lake from three levels of the home. The hot tub, pool table, and golfing green were a hit with my family!
