House Rules
1. We can accept 1 or 2 doggies. Please Inquire about bringing your fur baby, extra charges apply.
2. Please No SMOKING. No DRUGS. No PARTIES! No EXTRA GUESTS, unless officially reserved. Please be respectful of neighbors. All guests must be registered with the home and included in the guest portal.
3. We appreciate you adhering to our noise policy, which is noise levels kept to a minimum after 10pm. There are noise sensor devices throughout the home and the patio areas to provide us noise level reading. If noise goes above limits, Please be available to be reached at all times, via the app with messaging, texting or by phone.
4. QUIET TIME is 10:00pm Mountain Time! Arvada has a strict 10pm noise level ordinance as this home is in a quiet family neighborhood and we want to help mitigate any potential issues with the neighbors. Thank you!
5. You chose this house because it is so special! We completely agree and request you to treat it like your own!
Keep it nice and tidy please! Extra cleaning fees will be applied if the house is not cared for and not left reasonably clean:
- ‘Reasonably clean’ includes: washing the dishes you have used, disposing of trash in proper bins which are located in outside of the garage in driveway.
- Leaving furniture/beds in their original location, all towels and linens must be accounted for.
Please be careful of the white sheets/ towels and comforters and use the supplied make up wipes for removal of makeup.
-Trash: Trash bins are on the side of the house. Please place all trash in bags before placing it in the bin. We have recycling and ask that you please do not put any recycling in a bag. Please pull trash bins out on on Sundays for Mondays Trash Day.
6. BBQ is also available for you use, please wipe down after you use it.
Please make sure to turn off the gas as the tank can leak and it can also be dangerous. We do not guarantee that there will be gas in the propane tank and if you find that the tank is empty, we have extra tanks on the side of the home next to the trash bins, or please just message Hillary and ask here where they are located and if needed, switch it out and if there are none, we ask that you please go get a replacement tank to switch it out at the local store in town and send us a receipt and we will reimburse you for it.
7. Please no illegal drugs of any kind allowed on the premises.
8. Please no illegal activities of any kind is allowed on the premises and that includes any commercial videotaping of any kind. Please inquire about any commercial videotaping or if you want to conduct an interview at the home as it is permitted on a case by case.
9. We have video cameras outside of the home in the front and in the back to help keep you safe as well as protect the property. Don`t be alarmed, there are none inside.
10. A rental agreement is required. We will send the rental agreement right after the booking has been paid for.
