North Shore Cuba Lake Cottage

This idyllic "bungalow style " cottage is located on the desirable
North Shore of Cuba Lake.
View the kaleidoscopic colors of the sun setting over the horizon.
Engage in swimming and fishing from the dock.
Bring your boat and cruise around the lake!
There is plenty of space to picnic or play in the yard. Parking is limited to three cars.
Accommodations include one king size bed, one queen size bed, and a twin-size roll-away bed.
Swimming towels and toiletries are not provided, so you will be responsible for providing those for each guest.
On site washer and dryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, cooking and dining utensils. The dining area overlooks a beautiful view of the lake.
The cottage accommodates a maximum of 4 adult overnight guests.
Advance reservation is required with USD currency prior to lodging, depending upon availability.
Security deposit is forfeited in the event of cancellation without a written 30-day prior notice.
Check in 4 pm. / Check out 11 am. (unless otherwise stated).
Rates are based on a weekly, monthly, or seasonal basis, subject to change without notice. Partial weeks are billed at the full weekly rate.
Security deposit will be refunded within 14 days of departure pending inspection of premises.
A cleaning fee of $150.00 will be deducted if premises are not “Broom Swept Clean” or for excessive wear/tear.
Please do not leave food, dirty laundry or debris on the premises.
Lost key fee: $100.00
Garbage/ recycle pickup is available roadside early Monday morning.

House Rules:
Absolutely NO large groups or parties are permitted. You will be held liable for any damages caused by your guests. Report any damages that you find upon arrival or that occur during your stay. Swimming, diving and boating is at your own risk.
This is a privately owned vacation home, and we would like you to enjoy your visit in a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
Please respect the tranquility of the evening hours and keep noise levels to a minimum after 10 pm.
