The Water House - Winter Spa on a Cascading Brook
The brook flows through an evergreen forest creating a nourishing environment and the perfect setting for a relaxing and rejuvenating spa retreat.
The living/dining room, hot tub/deck, and fire pit are set overlooking the cascading brook, ideal for entertaining, meditating or simply as an enjoyable natural muse.
The soft, cozy and elegantly vintage styled interior is illuminated and warmed with central heating, ambient lighting and a home surround sound entertainment system with karaoke.
The space
The hot tub is available and ready use all year around, offering an immersive replenishing and deeply rejuvenating experience. An artesian well (constantly flowing) flows from the ground offering spring quality drinking water that the house draws upon. The property is set on a constantly flowing brook in an evergreen forest offering a close visual and sound connection to the rejuvenating water. Come and enjoy "The Water House".
The Main Living/Dining room, Kitchen, 3 Bedrooms and bathroom all enjoy direct views of the cascading brook. The house has recently been fitted with cozy central heating. The bar, also with brook views, comes with a diverse range of cocktail and drink accessories. The 2nd lounge/media room has a 55" flat screen TV with cable, Roku , surround sound and karaoke set up. This all season interior setting is perfect for a relaxing time away with a loved one, friends or family.

- The hot tub water is changed every 2-3 weeks. Fresh refill upon request ($75)
- This place is not suitable for parties or events, large or small, with respect to our neighbors. If you are planning some kind of low key celebration (anniversary/birthday) and are unsure if it is permissible, please discuss with the host before booking.
- As you can see, the house, deck and adjoining areas are right on the Brook. Parental supervision for children and sound judgment for all are highly advised to avoid any unintended water experiences : )
