Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a cozy ambiance highlighted by two inviting fireplaces, perfect for gathering around on chilly evenings. The fully equipped kitchen beckons to culinary enthusiasts, featuring kitchen appliances and ample space to prepare delicious meals for the whole family.

Spread across three levels, our home offers plenty of room to relax and unwind. With two comfortable living rooms, you'll have ample space to socialize, play games, or simply kick back and enjoy each other's company. Step outside onto the large deck, where you can bask in the natural beauty of the surroundings or fire up the complimentary propane BBQ grill for a delightful outdoor dining experience.

The lower level of the home is dedicated to entertainment, featuring a foosball table that promises hours of fun for guests of all ages. Additionally, a convenient laundry room is provided for your convenience, allowing you to pack light and refresh your clothes as needed throughout your stay.

With sleeping accommodations for up to nine guests, including a table with an umbrella on the deck for outdoor meals and relaxation, our home ensures a comfortable and enjoyable experience for everyone. Whether you're seeking adventure in the great outdoors or simply looking to unwind in a serene setting, our Pocono Mountains retreat is the perfect destination for your next vacation and an unforgettable escape amidst nature's beauty.

The kitchen is equipped with essentials like salt, pepper, and cooking oil, along with pots, pans, skillets, plates, mugs, drinkware, and silverware. You'll also find an array of kitchen utensils for your convenience.

Note: We furnish a basic package that includes necessities like hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and bath tissues to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. While we provide paper towels and bath tissue, it may not suffice for your entire stay. Feel free to acquire extra toiletries as needed. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the nearby stores: Ahart, CVS, Weis, Walmart, or ALDI.

Escape to the tranquil and beautifully maintained Arrowhead Lake community, a private gated retreat offering something for everyone. Even when the pools close from Labor Day until Memorial Day, the community lodge offers year-round activities. Conveniently located just 15 minutes from I-380 and I-80, this prime Pocono Lake getaway is only 15 miles from Jack Frost and Big Boulder ski slopes, and 20 minutes from the Kalahari Resort Indoor Waterpark and Pocono Raceway.

Adventure awaits with Camelback Mountain Adventures, featuring tight ropes, zip lines, swinging bridges, and more, just 25 minutes away. Don’t miss out on Camelbeach Water Park! After a day of excitement, try your luck at the nearby Mt. Airy Casino, located only 30 minutes from your stay. End your day with a delicious meal at local eateries like Dominic's Pizza, Murph's Hideaway, and Jubilee

Keep in mind, our community location is somewhat remote, which is perfect for those who want to stay away from city and highway.

**COMMUNITY FEES** (mandatory, not included in booking price):
Arrowhead Lake Community Fees (to be paid separately online 1+ days prior to arrival):
1) Temporary membership:
a) IN SEASON (May 24 to Sept 2): $8.50 per person, per day. or $42.50 per
person, per week.
b) OFF SEASON (Sept 3 to May 23): $2 per person, per day.
c) Children under 6 are free
2) Gate Card: $20 per vehicle, per stay
3) Administration: $20 one time, per stay (Non-refundable)
4) Late fee (for bookings and registrations submitted within 3 days of arrival date): $100

NOTE: All fees must be paid at least 3+ days prior to arrival to avoid late fee. Community does not accept registrations/payments/changes/additions less than 1 day prior to arrival.

**Fees are imposed by the community association; we are unable to waive or discount them.

We will collect following info to be submitted to community with payment: number of guests and kids, names of every driver, full car info and guest names.

Temporary Membership grants access to all community facilities and events, as well as access to pools, lakes, beaches, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, to Community Lodge with 3 fireplaces, library, fitness room (gym), game rooms and banquet hall.
Note: Pools are open starting Memorial Day weekend, until Labor Day.
TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP FEE IS REQUIRED WHETHER AMENITIES/FACILITIES ARE OPEN/USED OR NOT.
Community amenities are owned and operated by Arrowhead Lake Community Association. Some amenities are seasonal (pools, beaches, rental shack etc) or maybe closed due to staffing, weather, maintenance or other reasons out of our control. Please double check with us on status of specific amenity.

**TRASH RULES**:
To avoid attracting wild animals and rodents, all trash must be removed from the house upon departure. The Trash Center is located within the same community, and you can find the address in the Guidebook provided in the house.
