Pecan Park Cottage - Close to SFA + Downtown NAC

Bordering the beautiful Pecan Acres Park on the North end of this property, enjoy the peaceful and private, yet very convenient location between SFA and the iconic brick streets of downtown Nacogdoches. The LaNana Creek Trail is walking distance as there is an entry point in Pecan Park. Whether you are in town to relax or attend an event, this home will be an ideal choice.

With 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, this home will accommodate up to 8 people. Smart TVs located in living room and both guest bedrooms. Cable and Netflix in living room. Netflix only in 2 of the guest rooms. Full kitchen including gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, Keurig, toaster and general cooking utensils.

Patio is nice to set and enjoy coffee in the mornings or a cold drink later in the day! Plenty of parking available and a one car detached carport provided. For the safety of our guests, there is a security camera located on the front door with the keypad combo as well as on the front of the home on the left side if you are facing the property. These cameras monitor the porch, yard and driveway areas only.

We truly enjoyed staying in this home. It was very comfortable, plenty of room for our granddaughters to play outdoors and we really enjoyed having the park down next door. Highly recommend for families!!
The very nice family park next door and my granddaughters loved seeing the deer in the morning.

This is the second time Ive stayed at this property. The house is spotless when you arrive beds are comfortable. Everything’s clean, nice and first class. it’s like you’re in your own home. I would highly recommend staying here unless it’s a weekend that I need it then you should leave it for me. :).

This is our second time to stay here, it was a perfect location and setup for our weekend visit to see our daughter at SFA. Super close to the school, and just about everything you’d want to do. It was clean, quiet, very well decorated, comfortable, lots of space. I’m sure we’ll stay here again in the future!

The Pecan Park house was perfect for us!Four beds in a 3 bedroom house. It was the perfect situation for myself, my daughter, my son and one grandson. Two full bathrooms were clean and all linens were fresh. The master bedroom has a perfect little spot for your makeup mirror ! ( The plus that might’ve tipped the scale in favor of this house:). The kitchen was all new and freshly remodeled as was the rest of the house.Honestly I can’t think of another place that would have had better amenities than Pecan Park Cottage. Our host was VERY easy to reach and responded to all correspondence very quickly! Lots of green space around the house allowed us to see nature at its best!I will definitely stay again when I’m the area

This place was perfect for us. We moved my granddaughter to SFA and just wanted to hang around for a couple of days. This place was very clean and great location. The beds were very comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again. Hostess was great.

Very cute place. Clean. Hostess had good communication. Plenty of towels. Only suggestion is they seem to be low on some silverware but they had kcups, toilet paper, shampoo/conditioner, etc. Very good location.

A great little place in the middle of the city. Within walking distance of the University or a very very short 3 min drive! We were worried at first with the hospital and ambulance services being down the road, but its super quiet and we never heard a thing. Comes equiped with all that you need and the beds are very comfortable!

Precious little home in a great neighborhood near SFA and town. Nice walking trail and park steps away. Everything was very clean and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again!

Quiet Retreat

The cottage was spacious and very clean. My family and I stayed here during the Easter holiday and there was enough room for everyone. The location was perfect because it was right by Pecan Park and the Lanana Creek Trail. The cottage was at the end of a street with quiet woods around it and it was a short walk to the park. I highly recommend this rental and I would definitely stay here again!

Clean and comfortable

We had a great stay here. The house is very clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. The property is very quiet between the end of a residential street and a very nice park while still being pretty central to everything you want to do in town. We had no complaints and would be happy to stay here again.

Will Stay Again

Perfect for me and my three kids. Plenty of room, so clean. Only regret I have is not staying longer. Perfect location to get to all of Nac and so quiet. Host Tiffany was amazing and so helpful. Five+ stars.

Perfect weekend away from the crowds

We came to Nacogdoches to visit our daughter for the weekend (SFA student). We needed space for 5 people, and this house was the perfect place! Everything was clean and neat, nicely decorated, very easy process with the owner. We’ll definitely look to stay here again in the future!

Great Location & Clean

Location was awesome particularly if you have kids. Can easily walk to the park and there is plenty of space to run and burn energy. House was clean and a lot of the basics were provided (like coffee and plenty of towels). Would definitely stay here again!
