Welcome to Bigfoot's Bunkhouse! This dog friendly rustic refuge is the perfect location for enjoying the charm of the Lincoln National Forest without missing the goings on of main street Cloudcroft. Whether you fancy a short drive to picturesque White Sands, NP , a chill day at Bluff Springs waterfall and trails, or if you simply prefer to let the good times roll (with Cloudcroft Brewery a 5 minute walk away) we'd love to have you and your loved ones stay in our cozy, clean and memorable place.

We do not accept third party reservations. The person making the reservation must be the primary occupant. You cannot assign or gift the reservation.


There is a $25.00 per dog/per stay fee, We do this to make sure our cleaning crew takes the extra time to make sure your dog has a safe clean and hygienic place to sniff, lick, lay , sit and stay!
And so future dogs have the same opportunity

Please agree to the guidelines for bringing a dog.

The dog must be 1 year old or older and house trained.

1. If left unattended we ask that you ensure your dog(s) won't be at risk of damaging any property inside and your dog(s) may not to be left out on the porch.

2. Please do not use the blankets provided as a covering over the furniture or bedding.

3. Pick up your dogs waste immediately after it's done and dispose of it in the dumpster outside on the corner.

4. Please do not allow your pets to get on any of the furniture because even the best dogs can have accidents in unfamiliar situations. Also, please don’t use any of the provided blankets to try to cover the furniture because it’s very hard to get pet hair out of the fabric.
