Boasting two kitchens, multiple living areas, a hot tub, and an expansive, enclosed backyard, this New Buffalo home is perfect for families vacationing together or groups of friends! Your convenient location in New Buffalo also makes it effortless to indulge in the town's numerous activities. A short drive is all it takes to sink your feet into a sandy beach while several parks and nature preserves, such as Turtle Pond Nature Reserve and Turtle Creek Preserve, serve as scenic locales for walks and picnics together. Learn more about the area's history at the New Buffalo Railroad Museum, then grab a bite at any of the tasty local restaurants. Venture a little farther and visit Michigan City, where an array of golf courses, tourist attractions, and shopping options await.

Back at your inviting vacation oasis, step inside either entrance to be greeted by a house exuding charm and a homey ambience. Take your pick from any of the three living spaces and relax comfortably in the family room on the main floor (the fireplace is currently unavailable for guest use), the studio, or downstairs. The well-equipped kitchen is sure to please the group chef and even includes a coffee bar to start your mornings off right. Though enjoying meals indoors is tempting, the large backyard and grill beckon guests outside for barbecues. Sear your meals to perfection as the kids frolic in the yard, then gather around the firepit afterward to complement the meal with some s'mores. Top everything off with a soothing soak in the hot tub before heading back inside.

The backyard includes an entrance to a studio, giving your guests an extra layer of privacy if they want it. The studio features its own full kitchen, full bathroom, smart TV, and sleeping options, making it completely self-sufficient! While there, take turns trying for high scores on the Pac-Man arcade cabinet. Downstairs, you'll find yet another living space with an area for lounging, a full bath, and two separate bedrooms.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
