If you haven’t been to Willsboro Point, go. Willsboro Bay is a gem. The views & sunsets are spectacular. Easy access to Lake Placid, Montreal, Burlington. Great place, great host.

My wife, daughter and I are all in agreement. This place is in the top 5 places that we’ve rented. I cannot think of anything negative about this place. Spacious, comfortable and a fabulous view. Kitchen very well equipped. Appliances are relatively new. The view out the back was fabulous. We watched the leaves grow to peak color. Quite a show.

The vacation was incredibly relaxing and enjoyed by everyone in our group. So much so that w have already reached out to the host to say we would like to come back again next year. In addition, I want to commend the hosts, who went above and beyond to ensure any questions or concerns were handled promptly.

We had a wonderful stay and absolutely loved the location and the beautiful setting on Lake Champlain. The cabin itself was comfortable, and we especially appreciated that the beds were clean and ready for us.I do think the housekeeping could use some improvement. When we arrived, the porch table was quite dirty and the chairs were left askew. The glass doors overlooking the lake and leading to the porch were particularly noticeable—they had fingerprints and smudges on both the inside and outside, which was unfortunate because the lake view is such a beautiful feature of the property.I’m sharing this because we really did enjoy our stay and think the property is wonderful. With a little more attention to the cleaning, especially the tables, porch area, and glass doors, the experience would be even better for future guests.

Went in October during fall foliage.Pictures do not do the place justice. View from deck and house was superb. The lake was so still, so serene . Grounds were gorgeous. I did not think I would like the peacefulness as much as I did. Everything worked great! The heat in all the rooms, the doors opening to the deck, nice hot water and water pressure from shower. Dishwasher , and machine washer and dryer worked well. Clean bathroom, clean house ! Slept up in loft , view waking up in the morning for the loft was precious . Bed comfortable. Plenty of hand and dish, soaps, towels , paper towels, toilet paper, coffee machine w grinds and pods and tons of coffee to pick from. We didn’t miss anything. We brought blankets to cozy up w on the couch which used. Thank you so much! We loved our stay !He stayed for 3 nights, during fall foliage, and we went to Mossabeltasm and did the tour there, we went to Lake Placid and High Falls Gorge on another day, and then another day we took the ferry to Burlington and walked the streets there, did a chocolate tasting, which was nice, and we went to shelburbe Farms, which was really cool. Sorry, we didn’t get to the cheesemaking tour, but reservations are needed well in advance for that.Lisa

Beautiful property

Cozy stay with amazing view. Kayaking on the lake and dining and playing games in the screened in porch were highlights of the stay. It was quiet a serene and a Great Lake get away.

The place was exactly as described. Everything there that we needed and more. We needed the docks in for our stay and our hosts made sure they were in. Any questions we had were answered very quickly. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone. Very, very pleased with everything.

Beautiful, quiet location! We had plenty of space for our family of 6. The back porch was fabulous with amazing sunsets. The screened in porch was wonderful for meals and evenings. The house was incredibly well stocked. We had a handful of meals at the cutest marina restaurant, less than a mile away. There are also quite a few hiking trails nearby. The water was perfect and my kids thoroughly enjoyed the floating dock. Wonderful house and location.

Wedding weekend

This house was perfect for 3 sisters and spouses to stay close by as our 4th Sister got married on Lake Champlain. Just lovely.

The camp was beautiful and the perfect layout and setting for us! Our 82 yr old mom could walk right in and her bedroom on the first floor had the perfect height bed for her! The kitchen was great, loved the dining room seating, open concept and we used the screened in porch a lot! The view was spectacular and made for great sunsets! The loft was spacious and loved the half bath in list of full on first floor, shower was great! The AC was an absolute joy! Hoping to return next year or in the near future!

Great place in Indian bay lake Champlain

Amazing property, Mark and Christine were great to communicate with. The place is in an amazing shape, and well maintained. Great view of the lake, close to the boat launch and a marina. There's a Dollar General a couple of minutes away where you can buy a lot of stuff, food and beer, for liquor there's a gas station in front of it that sells some. We were 2 couples on a fishing trip and we had a great time and experience, I highly recommend the place.

Beautiful, private lakeside cabin.

Mark and Christine's house was a perfect lakefront getaway for our group of friends. Amazing, prjvate spot right on Lake Champlain with a dock, terraced yard and large, partially enclosed deck and porch. Clean, well-appointed, warm and comfortable. We would definitely come back. Thanks so much to Mark and Christine for being such responsive and welcoming hosts!!
