Beautiful, quiet location! We had plenty of space for our family of 6. The back porch was fabulous with amazing sunsets. The screened in porch was wonderful for meals and evenings. The house was incredibly well stocked. We had a handful of meals at the cutest marina restaurant, less than a mile away. There are also quite a few hiking trails nearby. The water was perfect and my kids thoroughly enjoyed the floating dock. Wonderful house and location.

The place was exactly as described. Everything there that we needed and more. We needed the docks in for our stay and our hosts made sure they were in. Any questions we had were answered very quickly. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone. Very, very pleased with everything.

The camp was beautiful and the perfect layout and setting for us! Our 82 yr old mom could walk right in and her bedroom on the first floor had the perfect height bed for her! The kitchen was great, loved the dining room seating, open concept and we used the screened in porch a lot! The view was spectacular and made for great sunsets! The loft was spacious and loved the half bath in list of full on first floor, shower was great! The AC was an absolute joy! Hoping to return next year or in the near future!

Beautiful property

Cozy stay with amazing view. Kayaking on the lake and dining and playing games in the screened in porch were highlights of the stay. It was quiet a serene and a Great Lake get away.

Perfect relaxing lake stay

The house was equipped with everything we needed to stay comfortably. The location was serene and beautiful. Communication was great throughout our stay, highly recommend this property.

Nice property and obviously well maintained. ONE PROBLEM and it has occurred with other VRBO properties. Property description says TV, but the login system for the TV access was not at the property, and the owner could not provide clear instructions to access. The property description needs to provide advice as to what network systems are available and what login proceedures will be needed.

This is an amazing location and the sunsets are so beautiful here. The water was crystal clear and so refreshing. And this beautiful house was super clean, fully stocked, and great air conditioning after such hot days. The screened in porch was perfect for dinners and rainy days. Loved the room darkening shades- we slept until after 9 which is pretty rare for us. And campfires were a dream- the night sky was astounding. There is a lot to do in the area. We loved the Indian bay marina and old orchard place for dinner. Highlands vineyard and Ausable Chasm added to the fun. We highly recommend this place for a nice relaxing vacation. (Added bonus are all the deer on the point)

Wedding weekend

This house was perfect for 3 sisters and spouses to stay close by as our 4th Sister got married on Lake Champlain. Just lovely.

Great place in Indian bay lake Champlain

Amazing property, Mark and Christine were great to communicate with. The place is in an amazing shape, and well maintained. Great view of the lake, close to the boat launch and a marina. There's a Dollar General a couple of minutes away where you can buy a lot of stuff, food and beer, for liquor there's a gas station in front of it that sells some. We were 2 couples on a fishing trip and we had a great time and experience, I highly recommend the place.

Beautiful, private lakeside cabin.

Mark and Christine's house was a perfect lakefront getaway for our group of friends. Amazing, prjvate spot right on Lake Champlain with a dock, terraced yard and large, partially enclosed deck and porch. Clean, well-appointed, warm and comfortable. We would definitely come back. Thanks so much to Mark and Christine for being such responsive and welcoming hosts!!

Beautiful view

My husband and I are middle agers looking to enjoy a quiet relaxing spot on the water. This is a perfect spot! The house is beautiful & clean. The only small negatives are stiff uncomfortable beds & sofa (also does not recline so makes it hard to get comfortable). Otherwise, I could sit on the deck taking in the lake for hours on end! Thank you & would certainly recommend!

Lovely Lakeside Vacation

My husband and I stayed here for a week with our 2 adult children and their partners...so 6 adults plus a dog. Mark and Christine were excellent hosts. They communicated readily and provided very helpful information about the area. The place was beautiful, clean and quite spacious, comfortably accommodating our party of 6. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the view of the lake and mountains, swimming off the dock and kayaking around the bay. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in porch and the deck for morning coffee, meals and playing games! The neighborhood is quiet, family oriented...great for walking the dog and morning runs. It was a very peaceful,relaxing get-away.

Amazing Host, Spectacular View

We booked this house as an end of summer family vacation for my husband myself and our college kids. It was a special trip that we had planned as my youngest is about to go off to college we were looking forward to spending some quiet time together. As events turned out my husband ended up having emergency back surgery two days before we were supposed to check in. I contacted Mark and Christine to let them know that we may not even be coming up at all. They were completely generous and understanding more so than any other Vrbo host I’ve ever encountered. As it ended up, my three children went to stay at the house for two nights on their own. They weren’t able to go up on our original booking date, but the host extended our date to accommodate the time frame that worked for our kids. This was so incredibly kind and generous and honestly in all the years I’ve been renting and have rented through VRBO, I rarely see such a kind spirit. It was honestly inspirational. Beyond that the house has one of the most spectacular views of the lake that I have seen. It is extremely relaxing and calming. The kitchen has been renovated and fully stocked. Mark and Christine provide kayaks, grill and a wonderful pier. It really is the perfect spot for relaxing getaway. We plan to have our family lake getaway there next year!
