Overall trip

We are not from Missouri, so navigating the area was a little challenging! Once we found the property everything went smooth! We had so much fun and everything was as pictured! Thanks for having us!

Perfect for Groups

We recently visited St. Louis for an event and had a group of 11. This place was great for our size and slept everybody comfortably! It was clean and we had no problems. Would definitely stay here again!

You get what you pay for

The photos in the listing are a bit deceiving. The space was not as clean and nice as it looks in the listing.We were supposed to strip the beds at check in and underneath the sheets the mattresses were dirty and stained. The walls were filthy. The bunk beds are very rickety and it felt like they might collapse. Overall it wasn't a terrible experience and if you're looking for a budget option for a big group, it works. I was just a bit disappointed.

To many steps

I did not expect to have to go up 4 flights of stairs. Getting in the door was simple. There were marks on the walls, found onion peel and dirty paper towel on the kitchen floor. There is an half inch barrier between the kitchen and living room and in bathroom that i tripped over. The host got back with me pretty quickly and offered the cleaning service to come back the next day. I was only suppose to be there 2 days for a funeral so it wasn't worth it to me. I had made reservations elsewhere because i after climbing all the steps, i did not want to get luggage and carry it back up. I have heart palpitations when doing anything strenuous. Finding a parking spot was hard to do also.

Clean Apartment at good location

The place was very clean. Kitchen had basics, plenty of cutlery, plates, glasses. We liked the amount of beds although they were a bit squeaky and did lack support.The location was excellent, good neighborhood and close to all the things.We did have a bit of trouble with communication but it could have been VRBO problem and not the host.Overal we liked our stay.

Good location

Good location Unit was not throughly cleaned dirty dishes in cabinets Internet not working first 4 days kept going back and forth to get the issue fixed which was exhausting Bunk beds taking all the space in the rooms cannot really maneuver around

This place was the perfect place to stay with our family for the weekend. We parked right outside the building's front door, there were plenty of beds for everyone, the place was clean, and there is a beautiful park right across the street. We would stay again!

Fun family trip

Dan was a great host. Quick to respond to any messages, had everything we needed for our trip right there with plenty of room for us. Very clean and plenty of towels.

Cute unit in gorgeous neighborhood!

We came into town for a concert and needed a place big enough for a group of five that wouldn’t break the bank. Boy, did this place deliver! To begin with, it’s in this cute historical neighborhood near the Missouri Botanical Garden. It felt so charming and welcoming before we even knew parked. The apartment itself was intimate and spacious at the same time. We all had our own privacy without feeling too isolated from each other. Plentiful amenities, especially with the coffeemaker setup. Us coffee addicts appreciated this! Beds and towels were both plentiful and very clean. I’m glad to not have anything else to share about this 😊 Lastly, the owner was very friendly and SUPER quick to respond to messages, which I also appreciated! Messaged about check-in and out information. No issues that needed to be presented. Would 100% recommend to a group staying in St. Louis. We aren’t there often, but we would be delighted to stay at this unit again!

Great Location to see St Louis

My wife, kids and I came up to St Louis for a four day mini-vacation and this place was excellent for us. It was perfectly located for us to easily hit up Six Flags, the Zoo, the Botanical Garden, and the Arch. The place was clean and cozy. It’s a great old building with new renovations and was the perfect size for the 5 of us. Tower park is beautiful and so convenient. The parking was less than desirable, but we had no issues. If your group has more than one vehicle it would be a problem. The bathroom not having door handle was inconvenient but not an issue for us. The kitchen doesn’t have spices or a very big skillet, but schnucks is 2 blocks away and there are plenty of cook utensils and pots in the kitchen. We would definitely stay here again, when we come back to STL.

Kid Friendly

I give it a 4 star instead of 5 only because the fire alarm was low on battery a beeped consistently during our stay. It was very kid friendly, even for little ones. You can walk about bare foot without getting dirty feet. The beds are actually really comfortable and we liked the bedding. Tv was easy to use and having Disney+ was fantastic

Overall the place was fine and a good price. Nice location. The owner was responsive but didn’t follow thru. 2 smoke alarms both were chirping and we did not get new batteries over our 4 day stay. Pretty clean except for a filthy air vent you saw every time you walked in. Missing door knob on the bathroom door made it tricky and was not fixed tho we were told maintenance would come the next day. Sleeping 12 is optimistic in 3 small bedrooms with one bathroom and 5 seats in the living room.. left a list of suggestions to make it more aesthetically pleasant.
