Featuring 3 bedrooms, 5 Queen beds, two full bathrooms and private parking. We are confident that your stay with us will be the best in St. Louis. Its central location and close vicinity to public transportation make getting to all of St. Louis hassle free. Located in the Grove, one of the fastest growing and most lively areas of St. Louis.

The Space:
Our townhome is exclusively for Airbnb guests like yourself, so we make sure to provide all the amenities that you will need for your stay, including PRIVATE PARKING. We pride ourselves on making your group's stay as easy and enjoyable as possible.

We are located just steps from Manchester street which includes TONS of restaurants and bars all within a 10 minute walk from the property to include Urban Chestnut brewery, Atomic Cowboy, the Ready Room and so many more!

The home was exactly what we needed while a bunch of friends were in town for a tournament. Home base for food and sleeping in a great "The Grove" area woth restaraunts and watering holes. Great Location - Perfect for a Short Weekend

The location couldn't have been more perfect - close to great bars and restaurants (try Songbird for brunch!) and easy to get ubers to and from. We had no trouble getting in to the place and felt safe while we were there. The weather was perfect so it was nice to have a little backyard. While I would definitely recommend this Vrbo for short stays, note that the towels were very small - all towels were hand towel size - so drying off after taking showers was unique. For the price and location, it was easy to overlook the linens and appreciate having everything we needed for a good weekend in STL.

Disappointed

Address is confusing should ready 4127 not 4125. Upstairs shower did not drain, to few and small were the towels. Kitchen was not fully furnished, no baking dishes, only one fry pan 4”?in size. The refrigerator water and ice dispenser was broke and hanging by the wiring. The ice maker didn’t work. The stove only a few burners worked. The TV did not login to Hulu as instructions directed, so no TV. Across street from out door bar so Friday and Saturday night very load music till 2 AM. Thursday night gun fire and police within a few blocks. Parking was also a challenge. We have stayed at several VRBOs and they all were amazing properties, this failed greatly.

I’m not sure where to start but this was not a good stay at all. Originally we booked for 3 nights, family of 7 but had to leave after the first night. When we first arrived, we noticed the front entrance was covered in trees making it unwelcoming. The floors were covered in crumbs, dust bunnies and other misc. items. The vents, ceiling fans and furniture were all caked in dust. There was stains on the baseboards/floor, toenail clippings and someone else’s sock tucked in the corner. The AC was not working upstairs and we tried adjusting several times. We weren’t supplied enough towels for everyone and we noticed many things were broken. The stove was missing a handle and only 2 burners worked. The fridge ice maker/water dispenser did not work. There was one single baking sheet and dishes still in dishwasher. The host was notified asap and sent pictures of the place but wasn’t very communicative to help other than sending a cleaning crew “again” when this should’ve been cleaned before arrival. We were traveling with a 2 month old & 2 other kids. All of us did not feel comfortable staying another day/night. It was so hot that our phones gave us the notification “Will finish charging when phone is normal temperature”. Overall, extremely disappointed and disgusted at what we had stayed in. I would not recommend to anyone, as pictures on here are far different from what they actually are in person. Save yourself the money and headache, stay somewhere else!!

Filthy; lacking in basic care

Our family stayed at this townhome over spring break, and the longer we stayed (a total of 5 nights) and we were disappointed in the state of the place and do NOT recommend! When we arrived the beds were not made. In the kitchen, there was not a full set of silverware (only a few spoons and literally 1 fork). When I messaged Dan about this, he responded he would see what could be done, but then did nothing. I asked about Kleenex, and was told that they do not provide, and was instructed to use paper towels. There were no kitchen towels or washcloths, and the ice maker was not hooked up/broken. There was a bowl with a big crack in it, and the pans looked like they came from the thrift store. In the bathrooms only 1 hand towel was provided (there were 4 of us). There was very little storage in the bathrooms, no bath rugs, no hair dryer. In general, the unit was very dirty, and we didn't dare use the ceiling fans due to the amount of dust on them (all light fixtures) and my youngest has allergies. There is a broken chair in the dining room and holes in the walls. The door handle to the downstairs bathroom almost fell off, we tightened this to be able to work properly. Many lightbulbs were out - I counted at least half a dozen. The beds provided were old, creaky, and uncomfortable. The Internet was spotty and the walls were thin, we could hear our next door neighbors. This unit needs a deep cleaning for sure. There is a general lack of care & attention by the owner.

Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend!

I rarely write reviews, but after staying at this rental, I feel compelled to share my experience. Unfortunately, it was far from a pleasant one. A few of the problems my family faced are listed here. On arrival, the door code provided did not function. I sent multiple emails and text messages to Dan (Property Owner), but received no answer. After around 30-45 minutes, I called VRBO for assistance with the situation. VRBO also attempted to contact the property owner, but there was no response. However, VRBO gave me with Dan's phone number. I tried contacting him, but it was a Google Voice number, which he did not answer. Later, I sent him SMS messages, which he eventually responded to. I sent him a video of the door code not functioning. He offered me the excuse that there was no housekeeping done, thus he would switch us to another place. In this rental property, the heating system was a nightmare. The thermostat is on the first level, and the heating system will only turn on if the temperature drops below 68 F. It was particularly bad in the bedrooms on the second level, where we barely had heat. I asked Dan on the first night to reset the thermostat, but he didn't provide any help, leaving us shivering all night. Eventually, I purchased heater next day to keep my family warm for the next three nights. In the living room, sofa arm and chair leg was broken. The bathroom sink on the first floor can barely drain. Overall, the place needs serious maintenance and attention!
