Welcome to our veteran and minority owned, pet-friendly 5-bedroom, 2-bathroom split-level home nestled in Old Colorado City! This updated and renovated space offers comfortable accommodations for your family and friends. Four of the bedrooms include a queen bed, nightstands, ample closet space, and blackout curtains. The fifth bedroom offers a great space for kids. Bunk bed - trundle, with a bean bag that opens into a queen mattress. Each bedroom has a large, flat screen smart TV. Step outside onto the deck and take in the breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains. The home is conveniently located near Garden of the Gods, downtown Colorado Springs, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs and many other local attractions. There is even a bus stop across the street. The home features an open floor plan and lots of natural light. There is central air conditioning throughout and fans in each bedroom as well as central heating for the cold seasons. The lower level features a cozy space with a wood burning fireplace. Great for relaxing and unwinding to some music with the bluetooth speaker. Outside is a fenced in yard with a fire pit. There is a one car garage for guest use. We offer many small appliances for convenience and a fully stocked kitchen. A view of Garden of the Gods can be seen from the upper level living room window and the mountains from every bedroom can be seen. There is a full laundry room with an iron and ironing board for guest use. There are books, crafts and games for the kids to play during your stay. Lastly, we like to boast of our well stocked coffee station, snack basket and drinks in the fridge - all complimentary. We are looking forward to hosting you in our beautiful home! This was truly one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in. The hosts were top-tier—exceptionally generous, thoughtful, and communicative from start to finish. The home itself is beautiful, spacious, and immaculately clean, tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in the mountains that made it easy to relax and unwind.What really set this place apart was how incredibly well stocked it was. From kitchen equipment to every cooking necessity you could imagine—including a full spice selection—nothing was overlooked. The fully stocked coffee bar was such a treat, and the welcome basket filled with goodies was an extra thoughtful touch that made us feel genuinely welcomed.Every detail was clearly considered with guest comfort in mind. We felt right at home the moment we arrived. If you’re looking for a place with outstanding hospitality, excellent communication, and a truly elevated stay, this is it. We can’t recommend it highly enough and would absolutely stay here again!

We had a great stay and will definitely rent again. The home was in a safe and central location for everything we wanted to do in Colorado Springs. Check-in and communication was a breeze by the host. House was ultra clean and overly stocked with snacks and paper products. The pantry even had a yummy s’mores kit. Laundry was hardly needed with all the clean towels provided. The fire pit and hot tub were a bonus for full relaxation at night. Can't say enough good things about it, we got really lucky. Highly recommend this rental for couples, families, or a group stay.

This property was the perfect place to celebrate my daughter getting ready for her wedding and me turning 70. Everything was inviting, tastefully decorated and cared for and with all the amenities you could ask for and trully enjoy. I need to send pictures and i need to figure out when im booking agai . Oh and the hosts are such a wonderful couple.

Great family getaway

We had an amazing stay at this property! The house was in a great location and the owners were so great to work with! It was very clean and had a lot of room for our large family! We highly recommend!!

This house was absolutely amazing!!!!! We had 12 family members with us and we all enough room…..plus some!!!! The open floor plan made it extremely easy to stay in the conversation with everyone and the deck was huge hit for everyone!!!! The only issue with the deck is in the afternoons it would get a little a toasty up there but maybe a few umbrellas would help?!? The house overall was fantastic and we will definitely be booking again if we are in the area again!!! The host are extremely nice and responded very quickly with any questions or concerns I had!!!!! 10/10!!!!

What a beautiful home away from home! We are pleased to be one of your earliest visitors, according to the reviews. The location was just right with God’s Garden right down the street. We enjoyed being close to Historic Colorado Springs. The neighborhood was pleasant, and we tried also to be good neighbors. Amir and Anne have put a great deal of time and thought and expense and love into this property. We felt it and appreciated it. The hospitality was truly “Top ‘o the Peak.” We first noticed the thoughtfully stocked coffee / tea service. The snacks were nice. The drinks in the refrigerator were most welcomed. It was thoughtful to have amenities in the bathroom, including nice cleansing lotion with lovely shampoo and conditioner. Lots of towels.The kitchen is well planned and wonderfully stocked, appropriate to our various meals and cooking styles. We noticed the new appliances. Very nice. As Texans we noticed and especially appreciated the yellow rose in the kitchen and Dr Pepper in the refrigerator. The beds were quite comfortable. It was nice to have the garage plus the side driveway – especially so that we could unload and load on a more level surface.The bathrooms are beautiful with the new tile and stone and appliances. It was quite luxurious for us. Everything was so clean. Thank-you!We did not have time to enjoy the lovely back deck and yard. But it was most inviting. Maybe next time!Thank-you! God Bless You All!

Wish we could have stayed longer!

Highly recommend this place. Very centrally located, beautifully decorated, comfort beds, inviting atmosphere and super clean. We all wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the view and the peacefulness! Hosts are super responsive and we really appreciated the welcome basket and all the details the place has to offer. Thank you again for an amazing experience that allowed us to create lifetime meories.

We live very close to Old Colorado City and spend a lot of time there. We absolutely love the area, the history and, most of all, the charm. We love the location of this home, close to many indoor and outdoor activities.
