The start of a great trip we very much enjoyed our stay in Monica’s great little place.

We very much enjoyed some quiet time here both heading to the coast and returning from the coast. Monica showed us around the property and we loved sitting in the garden eating ice cream and watching the river flowing by. It is a very clean and neat place that we definitely would return to.

Super cute little ADU with neat bathroom and comfortable bed. We had everything we needed for our stay while visiting family. An electric blanket was even provided since it’s getting cold out but the central heat was plenty to keep us warm. When it’s light out there is a nice view of the Columbia. Water and sodas are provided in the mini fridge in the bathroom and a Keurig with an assortment of coffees/ tea/ hot cocoa pods. We will definitely stay again if available next time we need to stay in The Dalles.

This lovely room in a garden setting was soothing and welcoming after our long drive. Roomy, modern bathroom adjoins a bedroom/sitting room. From the side yard, with two adirondack chairs, is a fantastic view of the Columbia River. The bed was good and there is a Keurig for coffee in the morning. We could walk to at least three good restaurants downtown on Second Street.

Visiting the Gorge area

We loved the garden area and being able to sit outside and enjoy the view. Nice little cottage gor a long weeked. Monica was very helpful during our stay.

Monica is a lovely host with a wonderful home. Her rental is perfect for anyone looking to have a relaxing, peaceful evening. I had a migraine when I arrived and the shower and outdoor space did wonders. The yard is beautiful, the cottage has everything you might need. It was great. Thank you!

Even better than the photos depict. Cute and cozy room, luxurious bathroom with an amazing shower. I appreciated having designated parking off the street and in the shade. Loved my short stay here and would definitely stay again. Monica is an excellent host.

Lovely stay

Comfortable bed, quite little stay with beautiful view from your bed looking over Columbia river. Amazing yard filled with flowers and a lovely fire pit viewing the river. Host was very sweet and put great detailed in the stay for a calm visit. And the shower was amazing

We had a beautiful stay at this cozy, welcoming site. The owner met us and gave us a tour of her garden, and made us feel at home. The size of the room was perfect for us! It had all of the important services and a beautiful, secluded area outside in the garden with a private view of the Columbia River. It was so perfect that we didn't want to go to a restaurant, so we got sandwiches and sat outside enjoying the view. Parking was close by, the bathroom was beautiful, the bed was comfy, and the ease of getting in with the code was seamless! The privacy you get with this place makes it hard to leave! Many options for groceries and restaurants in The Dalles! Definitely recommend!!!

Super Cute

We loved this little space. But we roasted. Wasn’t willing to wake the host to have her crank up the ac. The square footage listed is 1600 square ft but I believe that may be for the whole house. We just had access to the bedroom, bath and hallway in between.

Comfortable space, very well done

The foliage around this property is beautifully, thoughfully arranged. We were very relaxed sitting outside during sunrise. The bed is very comfortable and we slept sound. It’s also quiet and had enough space. The bathroom was very clean, two sinks and an amazing shower. Coffee, water and ice packs were offered. We were beyond satisfied with this property.
