Stunning home with large, private pool close to festival, polo fields, tennis center, horses and more!
Wonderfully open bohemian interior leads seamlessly to outdoor space. Interior includes renovated kitchen and open living/dining area as well as well-appointed bedrooms and baths with a bonus outdoor shower (private) perfect on a hot afternoon.
The outdoor space is completely private and available with pool, hot tub, games, luxury deck furniture, firepit, outdoor bar and BBQ and lots of spaces to hang out- in and out of the sun (high quality umbrellas provided.) The sport pool is equipped for volleyball and basketball, as well as safe for coming down the twisty slide. However, NO DIVING, please. The hot tub is great at night, even in the hot months of summer. Outdoor music and lighting available via ipad, make the outdoors more inviting.

This property reflects our travels to the mediterranean climates- Greece, Spain, France… and Southern Cal…We love the outdoor climate year round here and the warmth of the sun and the hot tub when we most need it. We have lived all over California in 30 years and are mostly recently calling the Coachella Valley our home. We built this home as a gathering spot for our family and friends and created a space that flows with all the glam features that all ages enjoy - at the right price point. We hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

The property is in close proximity to all the well known establishments in the Indio Area- the polo fields, Coachella/Stagecoach/music festivals, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, race track in Thermal, and more coming in time. Adding to the splendid location is an outstanding outdoor private property we need (naked sunbathing) in a tolerant neighborhood of lovely people. The backyards lends itself perfectly to groups and intimate times…. turn up the music (not past 9, 10 on weekends) and hanging out year round. believe it or not even in the desert summers we have the umbrella, baja shelf and all the cool down amenities (including indoor A/C).

Its well-designed and decorated indoors and out to allow fun and relaxation for all ages…. This is a one of kind property in the eastern coachella valley - close to all the things that draw people here, but uniquely bohemian glam to make your trip a special memory. And, its is one of the most reasonably priced, family- friendly rentals near horse riding, polo, music festivals, as well as grocery stores and great mexican food. The outdoor space is well thought out and super functional. The indoor space flows really well with open dining/kitchen living room and an 85 inch tv. But who cares when you have the sunset and the mountains all the time!
