- Full Access to the house and everything in it
- driveway parking (can fit 3 cars), plus street parking
- Tesla charger available for guest's use

KITCHEN & LIVING ROOM:
-Fully equipped with a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and plenty of dish-ware and glasses for large groups.
-Plenty of seating for the whole group.
-Sonos speakers in the kitchen, living room, and outdoor space.

OUTDOOR:
-New pool and spa, beach-entry, Baja shelf and an oversized spa
-Pool-Side fire pit with ample seating
-Ping pong table, cornhole

POOL & SPA:
-Daily charge of $100 for pool heating.
-If you want the pool heated, please let us know ahead of your arrival.
-Spa heating is included in your stay.

Please note that this property is located in the desert. We have a professional pest control service that services the home regularly. However, the open setting of the home may allow desert critters or flying bugs to be present at the property and in the pool. Please understand that this is the nature of the region, and out of our control. If you encounter any of our desert dwellers during your stay, please reach out and we will try our best to remedy the situation.

While our home is cleaned regularly before and after each guest, this desert region is know for natural dust storms and strong winds from time to time. These winds may carry sand that may collect in the yard, and pool overnight.

Wonderful house in Coachella

The house is very large and fantastic for big groups. The pool and hot tub are amazing. There are TVs in every room, including one in the pool! Highly recommend!

The house is perfect in so many ways. Everything in the house is fresh and clean, and properly functioning. The beds are comfortable, the towels are fluffy, and there are plenty of dishes in the kitchen. We had everything we needed for our stay. The host was incredibly responsive and attentive to all our questions. Of all our previous stays in the area, this host and property stands above the rest. I highly recommend this property!!

I rented this house for my bachelorette party, and it was perfect. The house is gorgeous and spacious, with a backyard that feels like a resort. Mikkel was extremely helpful throughout the entire process! I highly recommend Deluxe Vacation Rentals.

Hidden gem in Coachella

We were a group of seven on a golf trip and loved this place. Outdoor space was awesome with lots of room to spread out and relax. House itself was super-clean and beds comfy. Never having been to the area before, it's a bit further out than some of the other towns (45 mins to PSP) and not many amenities in the neighborhood but wasn't an issue for our group. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
