Escape to the "Mermaid Kisses" condo, a recently renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat nestled in the South Harbour community. This first-floor condo offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, just minutes from the beach, downtown Southport, and an array of recreational amenities. Inside, you'll find a thoughtfully stocked kitchen with modern appliances, a cozy living room with a large smart TV for family movie nights, and three inviting bedrooms, including a king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a queen bedroom, and a bunk bed room equipped with a smart TV for the kids' entertainment. Beyond the condo's doors, guests have access to a community pool, tennis courts, and even a par 3 golf course (additional cost), ensuring there's something for everyone to enjoy. Plus, the proximity to a boat ramp, dog park, playground, and restaurants means endless opportunities for fun and relaxation. We welcome up to two small dogs with prior approval and a pet fee, so every member of the family can join in the vacation. With beach chairs, toys, and pool essentials provided, "Mermaid Kisses" is truly designed for a stress-free family getaway. This condo is perfectly situated for all of your Oak Islanfd/Southport needs. Close to everything and one of the most accommodating VRBO residencies and hosts you will find. Cleanliness, Comfort, Coffee (and more coffee), and stocked with EVERYTHING you’d need for an extended time away down near the beach. When I say everything, I mean it. Everything is 5 Star and I can see why all of the reviews give a 10 out of 10. Our host was very thoughtful (with a welcome basket and very descriptive and helpful book on the condo and the surrounding area). You need nothing and if you have to reach out you’ll get an immediate response. Communication was excellent and access is super easy. The place is immaculate and one of the best places if not the best we ever stayed at!

Awesome stay at Mermaid Kisses

This is a awesome place to stay. Jenni is a great, communicative host. The condo was spotless with a very generous welcome basket and one of the most thorough notebooks detailing information on the condo and the area that I have ever seen. This definitely is where we will try to stay the next time we visit this area.

Excellent Choice!

Nice. Nice. Nice. The condo was spotless when we got there. It had all the essentials needed, from kitchen pots and pans to tp. Spent a month there. Contacted the host a couple of times and the response was immediate. The neighbors were all nice and friendly with the outside property kept in pristine condition. Can't say enough good things about our stay. Would definitely recommend this property to stay at.

This was a great condo for our family. It is close to Oak Island beaches and Southport for shopping and dining. Many choices for food options within 5 to 10 minutes away. We would definitely stay again.

The check in, checkout process was smooth and easy. Communication with the owner was great. The amenities were some of the best that I've stayed in. I can't wait to come back.

Fantastic place to stay!

Our stay was phenomenal! The lister is not joking when they say it’s very close to most of the places to visit in the area. We primarily paid to park when visiting the beach areas, but it’s very close to public free parking as well. We loved how open and clean the spaces were and were greeted with an extremely flattering and considerate, welcome basket upon arrival. I would absolutely rate this property a 10 out of 10 and we will be visiting Southport and Oak Island again. I would book this place again in a heartbeat! Highly recommend adding the lazy turtle to the recommended restaurant list provided (If it’s not already on there), their food was absolutely fantastic and their on the beach patio outback, tiki bar included, had some incredible views of the pier and the beach.

Quaint and clean beach condo

Jenni is the hostess with the mostest. She provided the cutest little welcome basket with all the essentials. She was well organized and had a binder with all the need to knows for the area! The condo is a perfectly located end unit next to a little dog yard and all the neighbors were super southern sweet of course. The beach is only minutes away! The guys enjoyed the local golf couse while I enjoyed hanging by the community pool. It was the perfect little get away and we will be back!! Definitely recommended!!.

Perfect vacation!

Our family of 5 (teen/tween kids) had a wonderful stay. The condo was absolutely sparkling clean, spacious, adorably decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Everything you could ever need was there (even an air fryer and a waffle maker with waffle mix!) We felt right at home and spent quite a bit of time just hanging out in the condo. The host was extremely responsive and easy to work with. She thought of everything and left a sweet gift basket. She also left TONS of info on restaurants, things to do and helpful tips. The condo has a nice pool and golf course right on the property, as well as tennis courts. The beaches are a short drive. Oak Island, Southport and Wilmington are all easy to get to and we visited all three towns. We were all sad to pack up and leave. This property is a gem!

Wonderful Vacation Home

We had a great time at this condo. It was beautiful and perfect for our family. The location is convenient to Caswell Beach, Oak Island Beach and Southport. The owner was a great host. We had a wonderful gift basket filled with necessities upon our arrival. Would definitely stay here again.
