Pine Cone Lodge is a Brand New 3700 Sq Ft Custom Built Home. The home has a private 6 person Hot tub, 7Ft Pool Table, 2 Community Pools, Splash Pad, Play Ground, Basket Ball Court and more. The home has 7 Bedrooms and 7 Baths. (2King Br, 2 Queen Br, 2 King Br with Twin over Twin trundles, plus a Queen over Queen Bunk Bedroom). The home has 3 levels for added space for large families of up to 18 guests. Six bedrooms have private baths. The home has living rooms for added comfort. The home has 7 smart TV's throughout for entertainment.

Our stay at the Pine Cone Lodge was excellent. Our host, Robyn, was available for questions and requests. The house was beautiful, welcoming and comfortable. All needed supplies were provided and the location is ideal for hanging out in Branson. Book this house! You won't be sorry.

Ideal Family Retreat!

This was the perfect home for our family trip! There were 12 of us and accommodated everyone from beds to bathrooms and everything in between. You will love this home the minute you open the door spotless and inviting! The location is a little off the beaten path, but easily accessible to everything you will want to do. Nice quiet neighborhood with a perfect pool area for guests of all ages. Robyn is quick to respond if you have questions. You cannot go wrong with this property!

The pictures do not do this place justice. From the size of the rooms to the location of the neighborhood. It was a perfect stay for us. I will be staying here again!

Great Location

Our family (siblings and spouses) planned our annual get together in Branson and rented this house because we needed a minimum of 5 bedrooms. We originally were scheduled for the middle of January but due to a health issue with a family member we needed to postpone our stay. The host was wonderful and it was easy to reschedule to a different date. We loved the location and the house was laid out well for our group. We had a wonderful stay. We would highly recommend!

Nice stay

This house was a pleasant stay! We enjoyed the lodge decor and appreciated that it had been decorated for Christmas. The host responded quickly and had maintenance out immediately when we needed help with a request. The home had plenty of kitchenware, including a high chair and plastic plates and utensils.

Very beautiful home

The house was above and beyond what we expected. It is very roomy and very well decorated. It was just far enough from Branson that we did not have to deal with traffic.

The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly

First, the GOOD: The inside of the rental was great -- clean, roomy, convenient, well-furnished, nice kitchen with utensils, etc. Five stars. Then, the BAD: The house has seven bedrooms, but there's parking for only four vehicles -- if you want to open the vehicles' doors all the way. Since we came in five vehicles, we had to hold our breath while squeezing into them. Now, the UGLY. On Saturday night six of our eighteen people decided to get into the hot tub. Monday morning those six people (and no others) were suffering from fever, chills, headaches, and intestinal distress. We suspect Pontiac fever caused by legionella bacteria in the tub. The water smelled strange. Apparently the water had not been changed or adequately chlorinated. As a result, two families had to give up plans for further travel on this vacation. When we got home I notified the host about this unsatisfactory aspect of our visit but got no response.

Friends Getaway

Wonderful property, perfect for our group to eat together and gather as a group. The screened in porch was so nice to sit on. Easy to find, very nice neighborhood. Exceptionally clean. The only thing we’d change is a better stocked kitchen for large groups. It would have been nice to have larger pots and pans and serving bowls for a large group. But that was a small thing compared to all the great things about the property. We would definitely book it again.

Excellent communication from host!

New and clean! Pool table and hot tub was a bonus! The community pool was a good perk too. Lots of places for a large party to sleep and the mattresses were in great condition. Ring extra coolers to sit outside on the screened in porch as the side by side refrigerator, despite being a bit bigger fills fast. This place was a great location to the state marina and in a quiet off the path subdivision.
