Welcome to our new, 2200 SQ FT luxurious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home in The Bergen-Lafayette section of Jersey City, just a short distance from NYC! Enjoy easy access to the PATH train and Newark Airport. Visit iconic landmarks like Times Square, the Statue of Liberty, the Freedom Tower, and MetLife Stadium. Discover vibrant nightlife and dining nearby. Unwind on the stunning rooftop terrace with a cozy couch, dining area, outdoor games, and a 3-burner Weber grill—perfect for summer evenings!

Please be aware that there is a city noise ordinance prohibiting loud noises after 10pm. The property is in a peaceful residential neighborhood with long-term residents, including families with children and senior citizens who are sensitive to noise. Any violation of this ordinance will be reported to Airbnb and may result in authorities being called, along with our local security team asking all guests to vacate the premises immediately, without a refund.
Only the registered number of guests (up to a maximum of 7) are allowed on the property at all times. This policy is strictly enforced for insurance reasons. Violating this rule will result in immediate removal from the property without a refund. We do not permit visitors unless explicitly requested and approved in advance to ensure no gatherings or parties take place.
The person who made the reservation through their Airbnb account must be present at the property during the entire stay. Failure to comply may lead to the cancellation of your reservation in accordance with Airbnb's third-party booking policies, with no refund issued.
• Check-in time is anytime after 3:00 PM.
• No parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed. We strictly enforce guest capacity and quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful stay. Filming or photoshoots are prohibited without the host's permission, and any violation will incur a minimum fine of $500.
• Do not park in or block the driveway. Violators will face a $200 fine or potential towing by local authorities.
• No loud music or parties.
• Please remove shoes before entering the house and be mindful of the neighbors upstairs and downstairs.
• Only the guests listed in the reservation are allowed. No additional overnight guests.
• Absolutely no smoking inside the property. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged if this rule is violated. Please smoke on the roof or outside.
• No pets allowed.
• Music inside or on the roof must be off by 10PM.
