La Mirage Condominiums Condo 311 is a gorgeous two-bedroom, two-bath vacation rental in Port Aransas! Perfect for a group of 6, make your Port Aransas Vacation memorable and stay on the beach. Fully equipped with everything you need to vacation in Port Aransas, Condo 311 has comfortable furnishings and excellent style. This condo has been recently renovated and is the prefect beach getaway. The master bedroom has a large king size bed making it the ideal spot to relax after a long day at the beach. Your guest will also enjoy a wonderful nights sleep in a queen sized bed. The spacious living area provides plenty of space for your entire family. It is equipped with a comfortable sofa which also opens into a sofa sleeper. Enjoy cooking your favorite meal in the newly remodeled fully equipped kitchen and the spacious patio is a great place to enjoy your morning coffee. This beautifully decorated condo will be the ideal spot to enjoy the serenity of island life!


Prepare meals in the newly remodeled and fully equipped kitchen. The dining table awaits with seating for 6.


The living has a flat screen TV and comfortable seating for your whole group to relax in to vacation mode with an enjoyable movie.

What you can expect in the condo:

Wi-Fi & Cable

Kitchen is well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.

Condo is supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied. Please bring Beach Towels.

A start up supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, bar hand soap for each sink, dishwasher tablets and 1 small bottle of dish soap will be provided. If more supplies are needed, please visit the front desk.

The stay was great. The pictures need to be updated as there is now a home being built in Cinnamon Shores that blocks the view of the beach now.

Relaxing visit

Our family had a great time. Access to beach was easy. Pool and spa were a nice end of day refresher. Would recommend.

Was a great place to stay everything was easily accessible. Only downside was elevator out of service on our side of building. But other then that no complaints. Will stay again

Great Place & Location!

The place is just as pictured...very clean & updated nicely. Can see the ocean from the balcony. Has everything you need, and the location is great! Everything went smooth from check in to check out. We would definitely recommend. Thank you for such a nice stay!

Definitely recommend La Mirage, it’s perfect for Family’s of 5 , the pools and the beach were very close so love that, just the elevators were not working and had to walk some stairs but other than that everything was great !!

Summer get away

The place was exactly how the website showed it to be. Loved that they have 2 pools and hot tubes makes it less crowded for young kids to enjoy.

Wonderful condo

I loved the property for traveling with children. Everything was as pictured.The dryer didn't work, and it seemed like the owner had been notified, but nothing was done about it. With 2-year-old and wet towels that don't dry due to the humidity, the dryer was missed.The shower in the main room leaked, but with the door shut no problem.You need to be in good shape as the nearest elevator to the room is at the other end of the building.

Overall the condo was nice. However the dryer did not work. After 3 calls we never saw maintenance. Because we thought we had laundry availability we did not bring extra clothes. In fact we washed towels as we did not have enough for 4 days and they sat in the dryer because it didn’t work. We had an ironing board, but no iron. We called the front desk and they were unable to locate one for us.

Relaxing stay

Check in process was easy after hours. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for nice couple day trip. Beach was 2 minute walk down boardwalk. Owner provided beach chairs and toys. Pools at condo were wonderful. View from balcony was large with lots of chairs and table. Nice view of beach. Beds were clean and comfortable. Many kitchen items supplied. Bring your own food, spices, condiments, and foil for meals. Washer and dryer worked. Bring detergent. Restaurants, stores, and gifts shops within 10 minutes. Beautiful island. Beach was quiet this time of year. Nice short visit!

Very nice and clean

Liked the walk to beach and pool. Condo was nicely renovated and nicely furnished. Only downfall was few elevators in which we don't mind stairwells, they were just full of mesquitos. I know that is natures way but suggest maybe some kind of resort spray in those to keep from getting so many bites.

Beautiful view, comfy bed

Perfect amount of space for us. Loved the balcony the most. Elevators were not functioning, making trips pretty exhausting and painful for those with bad knees. Lots of kids in the hot tubs, without adult supervision. Other than those two issues, it was a great stay in Port A.

Nice Stay

Nice place, older but well kept for the age. Super nice staff. We stayed over Memorial Day weekend. I thought I read that we could get setups but the place that does that for this property doesn’t begin their season until after the Memorial Day holiday. I can’t spend the time I like on the beach without an umbrella and didn’t pack mine because I was going to rent so we ended up driving to a different spot on the beach and renting setups elsewhere. I never even made it to the beach in front of the property. That was the main drawback for me. I like to go down to the beach early and basically spend the whole day and having to go somewhere else and pack up the car, drive, and unpack is what I was hoping to avoid with this location. Otherwise, the place had a big deck with an ocean view from the living room which we loved. There are some non working elevators in the building that some other reviewers mentioned - we did not find this to be an issue. The wait for an elevator to take our things up and down was never all that long. The pools were good and we had no issues with noise or anything (other than some loud music and excited kids that is normal and stopped at an appropriate time in the evening). I probably would not stay here again. I’d be more inclined to rent something inland and go back to the area where I rented the beach chair/umbrella setups. That time on the beach was the highlight of my trip.
