The Space:

This house is one of a kind! You must see it to believe it! Let's start with the outdoor living spaces via its covered patios, balconies, pool area, and entertainment space. The pool and covered patio are the real gems! The lagoon style, heated saltwater pool and spa is 70 feet long with a waterslide, sun shelf, and it meanders through lush native landscaping creating the most magical space. The covered patio space features a one-of-a-kind pool bar that you'll need to see to believe, and outdoor dining and lounging spaces. These spaces are all within the fenced in backyard for privacy and security making it family friendly and perfect for the home's pet friendly policy (fees and restrictions apply). As you go up in this home, you'll find multiple balconies with seating and amazing views on all levels, ending at the roof top deck that features wide open Gulf of Mexico, Siesta Key Beach, and City views.



Once inside this approximately 4,500 square foot home, you'll notice the elevator with service to all floors, the high ceilings, expansive windows and sliding doors to maximize the amazing views, and beautiful carpentry and interior design, all of which provides for a spacious feel throughout the home. This home provides 7 bedrooms (all with en suite baths) and 7 full baths and 2 half baths throughout the home. There are a total of 5 king beds, and 2 sets of custom king over king bunk beds. It comfortably sleeps 18 people in beds. The great room is set up as the perfect gathering space as it includes the kitchen with butler pantry, living, and dining areas of the home with access to multiple balconies. The kitchen is fully stocked, and we mean that because we know how important it is to you, our valued guests! Not only is it stocked, but it's also stocked with the products and manufacturers you trust. Additionally, this home features a club room or secondary living space. The club room features a wet bar area, living room and TV, multiple game options, and access to a balcony and the rooftop deck.



Floor Plan Description (by level):



Ground Level:

Free parking for up to 6 vehicles (2 covered spaces, and 3-4 spaces in the driveway). On this ground level you'll find the fully fenced pool and backyard area (pet friendly - fees and restrictions apply), including the covered patio space. The pool, as previously described, is incredible! The covered patio nearby includes the pool bar area with 4 Smart TVs that hang over the 22-person bar top with ice machine, commercial beverage fridge, island drink station and storage and more. There are ceiling fans and ample seating and dining spaces throughout the space for added comfort, an outdoor grill, and putt-putt area. The home's beach equipment can be found here, which includes 2 beach wagons, 2 coolers, 6 beach chairs, and 4 bikes. We include a full refrigerator and freezer (with ice maker) here as well so your beach prep and breakdown, and your use of the home and pool is that much easier. These appliances can also be used to support your pool days and time at home as well. You'll also access the home's main entrance foyer with elevator, and separate stair access, for access to the home's two (2) living levels above.



The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):

This level features a great room with the fully stocked kitchen with butler pantry and includes a range with cooktop with hood vent, double ovens, full sized refrigerator (with ice maker) and freezer, double trash and recycling storage, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and is very well appointed with cookware, bakeware, dishware, cutlery, and specialty items like crockpots, blenders, and more. If you have any questions on kitchen supplies, our reservationists would be happy to provide more details. The living area is very comfortable and offers Gulf views. The dining area here seats 14 people comfortably via an 8-person dining table and 6 additional seats at the kitchen island bar top. The 2 main balconies (front/rear). The rear balcony is off the great room and has 3, 4 top dining tables, and Sunset and Gulf views. The front balcony overlooks the Siesta Village neighborhood. There are 3 bedrooms on this floor, including the master bedroom that offers gulf views, private balcony, a king bed, walk-in closets, an oversized en-suite bathroom with double vanities, large walk-in shower, and free-standing bathtub, and a private water closet. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and en suite bathroom with a vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 has a custom-built king over king bunk bed and en suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.?There is also a half bath and laundry room with 2 stackable washer/dryers on this level.



The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):

Features a club room with a wet bar with 2 beverage refrigerators and bar seating for 4, 6-seat card table, shuffleboard and foosball tables, a living area with large TV and Nintendo Switch 2 gaming console, half bath, and 2 balconies. The front balcony has views of the Village, and the rear balcony provides sunset and Gulf views and access to the rooftop deck. There are also 4 bedrooms on this floor. Bedroom 4 offers Gulf views, a seating area, city closet and built ins, and an en suite bath with double vanity, walk in shower with standing bathtub, and a private water closet. Bedroom 5 has Gulf views, balcony access, king bed, and an en suite bathroom with oversized vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 6 feature king beds, city closet system, and en suite baths with vanity and walk-in showers. Bedroom 7 is the second bunk room with a custom king over king bunk bed and an en suite bath with a shower/tub combo.



The Rooftop Deck:

Features views, views, and more views. This tasteful space provides multiple seating options via 4 top dining tables and bar top seating along the railing edge. It is perfect for enjoying sunrise over the Siesta Key Village, or sunset over the Gulf of Mexico, so be sure to grab a book, a coffee or cocktail, and enjoy the sea breeze and Florida sun from this amazing perch overlooking all of Siesta Key.



Getting Around:

The BEST LOCATION! You are literally steps from the world-famous Siesta Key Beach and the entrance to Siesta Key Village for access to all the restaurants, entertainment, shopping, grocers, and more. If you want to explore further, without the hassle of driving, you'll find multiple stops nearby for the free trolley that provides transportation service to the entirety of Siesta Key. You're also just a quick drive or Uber/Lyft (10-15 minutes) to downtown Sarasota for access to the amazing Sarasota Performing Arts scene, and numerous fantastic restaurants, shops, marinas, bars and entertainment, and more. And, day trips to Lido Key and Anna Maria Island are just 30 minutes away, as well as the amazing theme parks of Tampa and Orlando that are all just 1-2 hours away!

Family vacation 2025

The house was very nice, the only negative was construction next door was a bit noisy and styrofoam kept blowing over on the property and in the pool. We had a great time and the kitchen was great for having a chef prepare dinner for a couple of nights to celebrate my wife’s birthday.

Excellent Vacation

The home was everything we could have imagined. Beautiful, clean, and well stocked. Plenty of space and various activities for the whole family. It is truly just steps from the beach and town - the location could not be better. Communication with management was timely and without issue. The only problem that we experienced during our stay was an overheated pool - this issue was quickly fixed by management after we contacted them. We had a private chef in and out of the home all week and it was no issue at all after providing management with appropriate documentation. There is loud construction next door that I do feel should have been clearly disclosed prior to booking. With that being said, it would not have prevented us from staying in this incredible home in Siesta Key. During a particularly loud day of construction, management called to check in with us and offered to compensate us partially for an excursion out of the home if we wished. All in all it was a great vacation and we would definitely come back!

Amazing property, annoying management

First, the good. The property is AMAZING--brand new, beautifully decorated, wonderful pool, outdoor bar area, huge balconies and rooftop, with lots of brilliant extra touches throughout the house--really feels like you're staying at a resort.The not-so-good. There is currently construction of a giant condo complex right next door that starts at 7 AM! The crane was literally overhead each morning. Might want to hold off until the condo next door (and the other nearby construction projects) are done unless you don't mind banging 12 hours a day. Management somehow didn't mention this, though there is fine print in the contract that says that they don't have to!The bad: Management. After reserving and paying you will start getting contracts, additional rules, etc. The contract (no mention in the ad) is draconian!! Can we have a couple of friends who live nearby drop by during the day? NO! Not even for a few minutes to say hi? NO! Can we have a caterer (who wants to cook for 18???) NO! unless it is from this list of three approved ones! But worse -- one night several people not with us were loudly talking/partying on the street. We started getting texts that their "monitoring software" is detecting too much noise. Thirty minutes later we get a "final warning" threatening eviction. Overall, "management" felt like a corporate overlord rigidly enforcing ridiculous rules rather than a human with sense.So -- great place, buzkill management, and major construction noise.

We’re pleased to hear that you found the property itself to be amazing and well-appointed with the amenities we carefully curate for our guests. We understand that unexpected construction noise can impact a stay, and while we strive to keep guests informed, nearby projects are not within our control. However, we encourage guests to reach out if they experience any disruptions during their stay so we can assist in any way possible. We are sorry to hear this feedback, and we just wish you would have reached out during your stay versus only hearing about this now, in your review. Regarding our ‘house rules & policies,’ we aim to balance an exceptional guest experience while also respecting our neighbors and the integrity of the property and community. During the in-person tour that we provided you at check-in, your property manager explained that additional visitors were welcome if the home’s occupancy limit was not exceeded. We have documented that 8 travelers were part of this reservation, which would have allowed 11 additional guests to visit. This occupancy parameter is a requirement of our insurance policy for the home and our management company, and in the even the listed occupancy is exceeded, ‘event insurance’ is required. Similarly, our insurance providers require a certificate of insurance (COI) from any vendors that will operate onsite – specifically private chefs and in-home catering due to the nature of their work. We offer a list of vetted private chefs, with COIs on file with our company, for convenience and flexibility. However, we are always happy to allow our guests to choose a vendor outside of that curated list, and when notified of that, we are happy to assist our guests in obtaining the required insurance documentation. Finally, we do use Minut noise monitoring systems in our homes. They are privacy compliant and only monitor decibel levels within the common living spaces of the home (inside and outside). These devices are designed to assists our guests in complying with local ordinances and laws and avoid any unwanted visits from code enforcement. Alerts were triggered multiple times during your visit from within the home, not from outside of the home. We notify guests as a courtesy and only take further action when necessary to prevent disturbances for surrounding neighbors and guests. We regret that these policies felt restrictive to your group, but they are in place to protect the experience of all guests, our homes, and the community that we operate within.
