Welcome to The Satellite Hotel! This historic Hi-Rise Building has a fabulous Retro architectural style that came from its construction in the early 70’s. The common areas have been updated to accommodate to all of today’s comforts while still giving you glimpses of days past.
This building began as a premium Hotel and Condominium complex geared towards those that wanted to live every day in the resort lifestyle- today it hosts many privately owned Condos all with their own unique décor & personality! This location is also home to many small (and CONVENIENT!) businesses such as a Salon, a Café, and a Restaurant & Lounge. The Seasonal Heated Pool, Dry Sauna & Fitness Center are additional perks you’ll enjoy during your stay with us! The central location keeps all commute times in our city to right around 30 minutes and provides you a great starting point for any sight or adventure you choose to explore for that day!
This wonderful condo is clean, stylish and provides for all your daily living needs! All linens and towels are supplied for your visit as well as all the normal necessities such as a hair dryer, clothes iron, soaps, etc. The kitchen is well stocked for the nights you prefer to stay in to cook, while there's also quick access to the restaurant & lounge on the main level for the nights that you're just not feelin' it and want to grab a quick dinner & drink or to play some games and socialize.
The private covered balcony boasts stunning views of our beautiful Colorado skies-as well as city & mountain views and of the Valley Hi Golf Course next door! The scenery in all directions is so exquisite that I’m betting you'll find yourself spending the majority of your time lounging there! This home offers the best of both worlds with the amenities of a hotel & resort, and the cleanliness and personalization of a privately owned home!
Time has evolved this landmark into its own small community filled with pride & friendliness- if you’re here more than a couple of days then you’ll find the people here will start to know your name and say good morning over your coffee!
This community values it’s safety and security and staffs their own private security to protect their community and lifestyle. Security Cameras are located in the public areas of the building and lobby. They are on and operational. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons and in no way infringes upon your expectations of privacy in the public areas of this property.
