Everything was as expected. Great city views with a little river peekaboo. The host, Greg, was great and very accommodating.The check in process was a bit wonky as we met the host offsite and walked across the street with luggage to get to the apartment. The instructions were not clear on the meeting place so we had to get in a second car to get to the intended meeting place, but the host paid for the second car (without me asking) due to the miscommunication.

We had a fantastic time here. Greg was a brilliant host. He met us on site and answered all of our questions. He took the time to show us the apartment and provide us with useful information on the area. In addition he was very responsive whenever we had a question.The location of this apartment is exceptional. Just a 15 minute walk to Time Square and Hudson Yards. There is also a nice supermarket opposite the apartment which has everything you need including hot food.The apartment itself is excellent. It is well equipped and has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. We made great use of the cooking facilities. Everything in the apartment works very well. It was also very clean.The views from the apartment are exceptional. To the right of the lounge you have the views of 30 Hudson yards including The Edge observatory. It is a pleasure to just sit and admire the New York skyline at night. Overall this is one of the best stays we have been to. Magnificent host, magnificent location and magnificent apartment. We hope to be back in the not too distant future

Greg was very helpful, communication was perfect, and the location was great, a 10-minute walk from Times Square. However, the house wasn't as nice as we expected given the price we paid. It had an unpleasant smell, was a bit dirty, and had been neglected. I found receipts and dirt from April 2025 under the bed and couch, a sign that it wasn't cleaned. Hair that wasn't ours was on the mattress, under the couch cushions, and everywhere in the bathroom. I washed the windows myself because they were covered in grease and dirt, a few stained towels, the washer and dryer were full of mold, the microwave was also dirty, and the dishwasher hadn't been maintained, so it had bits of food in it from who knows how long ago. There were four of us, but the bed was for two. There are two fold-out beds in the closet that we had to make ourselves. We basically removed the bedside tables from the bedroom and moved the bed to fit the other two in the same room because there was no other room, even though we knew there were four of us arriving. The sheets were still wet and folded. All this at 10 pm after a 12-hour trip, with suitcases and very tired and hungry children. The kitchen and laundry room were equipped with everything we needed, and the view of the city was beautiful.

The apartment was beautiful, comfortable and perfect. Kitchen was well stocked with coffees, teas, and spices, as well as bathrooms with toiletries. Great location, close to stores, but the best thing we enjoyed was the City View, we even stayed in and had Pizza one night, just to enjoy it.

The stay was absolutely wonderful experience frim beginning to end. The Property Manager Greg was Great. Kept in touch and made sure from beginning and throughout stay we were well accomodated. We had a spectacular corner view of the city which spectacular. The apt was very clean and had everything we needed. The proximity of the place was close and accessible to many things we wanted to experience, Time Square was a 12 -15 min walk, Hudson Yards was close by and transportation was readilty available via Uber, bus transit or just walking to experience the NYC scene. I would definitely recommend others visiting NYC to stay at this apartment if you want to enjioy a comfortable and relaxing experience in NYC.

We stayed for 8 nights. The apartment was big, clean and modern with fantastic views. We had all the amenities needed to cook, clean etc. Greg was a perfect host. He had someone meet us and take us to the apartment. He called to go over everything and was available 24/7 if needed. The apartment had more than enough supplies for the time we were there. Overall great value for money. We were very happy with our stay

Bed and couch were comfortable.View of Hudson River was spectacular.Communication with host was 10 out of 10, felt well looked after.Space was good as 1-bedroom NY apartments go.Bathroom vanity needs replacing - is beat up. Lighting could be better. Needed more light in kitchen eg, under counter lighting would have helped. Needed floor lamp in living room. Needed chair in living room to complement couch. Did have in-unit washer dryer, large TV, toaster, coffee maker.Plenty of shops nearby. Location is very far west side, 3 long blocks (avenues) to subway which was fine; crosstown bus right there.

Excellent apartment with super comfortable bed, spacious living/dining area and good kitchen. Host was very helpful, speedy with communications and eager to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Whilst the apartment needs a little 'freshening up' (ie. minor wear & tear issues), it is very well located with a stunning view of the Hudson, quiet at night and good grocery shopping very close by. The washer & dryer are very useful! Subway is about 15 mins walk.

Wonderful view from the 40th Floor ! Comfortable and in a good location. Pretty nice furniture and kitchen. Bed was very comfortable but no bedside tables and not a lot of storage space.Great being so near the River and the piers !My husband and I enjoyed staying at the apartment.

Was a great stay in this amazing location. Owner was very helpful in getting us settled in and communication was good. Having the actual address prior to arrival would have been helpful to avoid the slight confusion in getting to the building. Would love to come and stay again. Amazing views! This a great condo to spend your time in NYC. Easy walking distance to Times Square and the subway. Has everything you need to cook and is very close to coffee shops and other restaurants. The best part, however, is the great city views both day and night.

Amazing stay

We are an Australian couple in our early 50s, first time ever to NYC. Perfect location and apartment. Photos are very accurate, and of course in person the apartment and views are even better. Bedroom and entire apartment was very quiet. We stayed five nights and didn’t hear a thing. Bathroom is modern. Kitchen has all you need - we made toast, cooked pasta, had cups of tea with a proper electric kettle. Bonus is the washer and dryer which even comes with detergents. We went in February where outside temperatures were -10 C, but never needed to turn on the air conditioning the entire stay, as the apartment was well insulated and never felt cold. Access into the building and the room was seamless, and no one at reception bothers you. The absolute best part of this apartment is the north facing views of Manhattan. The photos do not do it justice. I just sat and endlessly gazed out. Location is literally 10 minute walk directly east into Times Square, but you felt so far removed from the bustle and noise. We walked all around the area and into Times Square / subway each day, and felt safe no matter what time it was. Supermarkets/grocery stores within a 10 minute walk (one across from the building which was well priced). Our host Greg was always on hand to help via phone, and he went out of his way to ensure we had the most comfortable and best experience, which we did. Would absolutely book this again if returning to NYC.

Amazing place

Amazing location everything is a 10ish minute walk or less subway,mall,timesquare. Property is beautiful and has a good view of the some of the city. The property manager was very communicative and helpful and understanding with everything definitely recommend 10/10 would stay again.
