Room for improvement, ok not great
The good first-The space is good and the beds were comfortable and it was nice to have a couch with a lounge part to it. The kitchen also had a lot of items to be able to cook. The garage is nice to be able to park in and keep your car out of the elements. The not so good, the thin windows/lack of insulation or something meant it was very drafty and you could constantly feel a chill in the house. The first night it wouldn’t go past 61/62 in the house. We contacted the management company and they said they would send someone. Then they said the person had to come the next day so our first night we were freezing. I asked about other blankets in the house and they answered the next morning, but the only blankets were thin quilt like . The house had also not been thoroughly cleaned. Water bottles, suckers, wrappers, glasses on the side of vanities and under couches and beds. Hair and dust bunnies under things. The house is advertised as having a garage and a driveway but there is only a garage and no opener provided so you have to open/close with the button from the inside of it and the garage is in the back of the house but you only have a code to get in to the front of the house. The garbage cans/recycle cans were full when we got there and it was our responsibility to then move them to the curb to be emptied, but the recycling is only every other week so we had to then bring them back unemptied. Definitely room to improve
