The perfect vacation awaits you at Shred City. Not only are we located conveniently in Canyons Village (the best ski base), minutes to downtown Park City, but our development has mature trees, tennis courts, two pools, hot tub and picnic areas. It's a magical place to relax and recharge.

Main Floor -

When you enter the unit you will walk into the open concept living room/ kitchen area. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to make a perfect Apres adventure meal.
*Salt, pepper, and olive oil provided.
*A start of local coffee provided.
*Dining table has seating for 5 people.

The living room features two leather (comfy) couches and a recliner chair so there is room for the whole family to cuddle up next to the gas fireplace and relax after a day of exploring.
*TV with both cable and streaming.
*Large patio with propane BBQ and seating for 6

Master bedroom with queen bed and luxury linens
*Ensuite bath access (entrance from bedroom and Kitchen) with shower/tub combo.
*Window AC Unit

Washer and dryer in unit.
*A start of laundry pods will be provided.


Just up the stairs off of the living room you will find the 2 semi-private loft bedrooms.

Loft bedroom #1 Has two Full beds and a Roku TV with access to watch cable via the Xfinity Streaming app. There is a closet with extra pillows and blankets as well as a portable fan.
*Window AC unit for added comfort.

Loft Bedroom #2 is off of Loft bedroom #1 (Semi Private) has two twin beds and a Roku TV with access to watch cable via the Xfinity Streaming App. This bedroom has a cozy cabin vibe with a cute little bear rug that your kids are sure to love.

Both bedrooms have access to the upstairs bathroom which has a spacious, fully tiled walk-in shower.

This unit has access to the club house with a shared pool and hot tub. This is open in SUMMER (Memorial Weekend - Labor Day Weekend) and WINTER (Day after Thanksgiving- April) only and closed during the off season. The club house is about a 60 second walk and is located across the street from the parking lot.

Bring your golf clubs to play at the Canyons Golf Course which surrounds the Red Pine Condos (closes in mid-September), or stay at the complex and enjoy the amenities! As a guest of the Red Pine Condos, you'll have access to:

This unit is self check-in but we are available via messaging, calls, or texts to answer any questions you have before and during your stay.
