Three Bed Third Floor Condo Near Disney, Loaded with Resort Amenities
If you are looking for a vacation home community with 24-hour security guard service, great location and lots of amenities for guests to enjoy and relax, then look no further than Windsor Palms Resort.
Our family owned luxury 3 bedroom/2 bath fully air-conditioned vacation rental Condo is located in the gated resort community of Windsor Palms Resort. The Condo is located on the second floor of the building and is one of the largest on Windsor Palms at over 1,400 square feet, so you and your guests will have plenty of room to spread out.
Windsor Palms Resort is one of the best rated vacation home communities close to Disney World. The Resort is a beautiful and gated resort-style complex that’s perfect for an Orlando vacation given it’s only a 15-minute drive to Disney World and 25 minutes to Universal Studios. The Resort has a 7,000 square feet clubhouse featuring a large community pool with a sun deck, hot tub, and a poolside bar. You and your guests can enjoy a variety of activities for all ages including a children's playground, a modern fitness center, sand volleyball court, basketball and tennis courts, a 58-seat movie theatre, video arcade, and billiards. All the Resort facilities are free to guests. Windsor Palms offers so many great amenities you may not even want to leave the resort!
The Condo has 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom contains a king size bed with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin size beds and a walk in closet. There is a second bathroom to service the second and third bedrooms.
*Please remember that our home is strictly non-smoking/non-vaping, and we have a strict no-pets policy as well. There is a locked owners closet with the owners’ personal belongings not available for guests to use. Please note that the Community allows only 4 cars per property.
The Condo is fully equipped with all the home comforts including:
Free Wi-Fi / Internet
Fully equipped kitchen; including range with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, coffee maker and blender
All dishes, cookware, cutlery, utensils etc.
Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board – so you can pack less for your trip
All linens and towels provided free for all guests
Pack-n-play and a High-Chair provided at no extra charge
Outdoor patio with seating for enjoying a cocktail, reading or just relaxing

Commercial Vehicles:
1. Definition of a commercial vehicle is any combination of three (3) criteria listed below:
2. Vehicle has a curb vehicle weight over 5,800 lbs or 6,800 lbs gross weight
3. Vehicle has additional equipment installed to allow:
4. Plowing
5. Lift other vehicles
6. Lift gate
7. Mechanical arms that enable lifting materials, personnel service buckets etc.
8. Tow hitches, bars or arms
9. Vehicle has commercial tags
10. Vehicle owned by a company
11. Vehicle has lettering, magnetic sign, decal or a wrap advertising a service or retail product with or without contact information
12. Vehicle has ladder racks
13. Vehicle has material transport racks/boxes
14. Vehicle seats over 8 people
15. Vehicle is registered or tagged as a livery or limousine
16. Vehicle has dual axles
17. Vehicle has a mount in bed for “fifth wheel” trailer towing
b. Recreational Vehicles (RV or Motor Home) – All types towed or self-powered
i. Defined as both motorized and non-motorized vehicles that combine transportation and temporary living quarters for travel, recreation or camping.
c. Trailers for: Cars, Boats, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, debris removal, utility use etc.
d. The following other types of vehicles may not be operated within community:
i. All-terrain Vehicles (ATV) – any Non-Over Road Vehicle
ii. Mini-bikes
iii. Vehicles not registered or insured to operate on public roads
e. The exceptions to non-over road vehicles are only to be used by the community vendors and management in the performance of maintenance and the execution of community related business.
