Thank you so much for the five-star review. There is only one unit that is visible on the rooftop. We have dividers for every unit. When it is raining they are tucked away. When no one is using the rooftop we turn up the cushions and we tuck away the divider. I'm sorry that you were unaware of that. There are only four units on that rooftop section. There are two bump out glass sections in between. My three units all have 8 ft dividers to create privacy. In the spring summer and fall it is like a jungle as pictured and the plants provide privacy. It is a private rooftop to you no one else can sit in your area. For the couple of months in Louisville where no plants can survive It certainly doesn't look as pictured. Just like any other rooftop or terrace that would be on a building or a cruise line there is some visibility to other balconies but they are private where no one else can sit with you. I will put on the site that in the winter time the divider can be used when it is not raining. New Year's Eve this year rained all day and evening and no one was using the rooftops. I'm so glad that you eventually saw that the check-in instructions were much easier than you anticipated when you actually got on site. I'm so sorry that you didn't realize that the rooftop could actually be private. I would imagine that the rain kept you from seeing the divider. Hope you come again in warmer weather so you can enjoy my rooftop jungle in a private setting. Thanks again for the five-star

Thank you so much for the great review. There is an electrical strip on the right side of the couch that had two cell phone charging ports. There's also two ports on the back of the bed upstairs. I wish you had asked. The Keurig had an air bubble in it and that's why the water was going down very slow. I turned it on and it pulled the water through and then I was able to put more water in. Right next to the Keurig is a brand new coffee pot that had a 12 cup pot and single serve next to it. We keep jars of coffee and filters on hand for guests on on the counter next to the coffee pot. I am not a designer and I often thought what a designer would think. Thank you so much for the title on your review. It makes me smile. Please come back anytime.
