The Home: recently renovated single-story home from the 1970s displaying original charming details updated with modern finishes for a perfect blend of classic and new. The converted garage is now the game room allowing for more room and fun time for your guests to move around freely and still stay connected with one another.

The Vibe: enter through the terracotta front door and you will find a neutral color palette throughout the home giving you all the desert feels so you can enjoy a peaceful stay in a natural and calm environment. Gaze outside the serene backyard while you sip your morning coffee at the rustic dining table, ahhh.

My family enjoyed staying at James’ place. The host was extremely communicative and the house was well stocked. We were traveling with our toddlers and they loved the play room. The house was clean and close proximity to sea world, HEB and Walmart. Highly recommend this place.

This home was perfect for our vacay and conveniently close to Sea World!! Our host was perfect with all the specifics. His home was clean and had all the things we needed in the kitchen and all the rooms were equipped for all of our electronics. Definitely recommend.

We loved the house. Family friendly environment. Very clean house. The host, James, was a great communicator. No issues. No checkoult chores. Would definitely stay again. The driveway fits 4 cars. The street where house located is busy but had no issues getting out of drive way. The rooms, beds, and over all experience was great.

Booked the home as it was close to Lackland AFB for our son’s graduation. The location was in the middle of everything we needed access to (airport, Walmart, malls, restaurants, fast food, etc.). Communication with the host was immediate. Had no issues and would stay here again.

Everything was as pictured. Beds were comfortable, even the roll away my dad slept on. Kitchen had everything you would need as well. No icemaker, just buy a bag of ice if you need it. Added bonus was the seat cushions available to take to BMT graduation. We were glad we had them & everyone around us wished they had them.Host was perfect and responsive.

Great home for a multiple family members stay

We were two families that traveled to SA to celebrate my parents anniversary and we needed a four bedrooms home with easy access to 410 loop. The home is well designed with a large kitchen, a game room and outdoor patio with lots of seating area. Many nice touches like providing coffee and tea with condiments. The owner replied quickly to a question sent by text. The only thing we didn’t like ( and it’s outside the owner control) was that the home was on a street with lots of traffic. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay here.

Excellent location, well thought out house

We stayed here while in town for a family wedding. There were 4 adults and 2 kids. We frequent San Antonio and always VRBO. This one will probably be our go-to from now on. The inside of the house is just like the pictures... No surprises. The house is very well thought out for a rental and great for a family with kids. The kids loved the game room and overall the house has a very "homey" feel. The house has everything we needed to cook, sleep, wash, etc. The location is great. 10 minutes to sea world, 20 minutes to the zoo, and minutes to anything else. Two things to note: - the street it's on is a main cut through and can be quite busy. We didn't notice the street noise in the house - the house is in an older neighborhood and may seem "sketchy" to some. The neighborhood is fine and the neighbors are friendly. All in all we were very pleased with our stay.

Furnished with plenty of cacti and desert vibes throughout the home, the little touches are what matters especially if you appreciate attention to detail.
