No matter your type of group or event, 3 spacious floors await to accommodate the whole crew. The main living area is located on the second floor, featuring an open floor plan that is ideal for spending quality time together. Fully equipped, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals. It features modern stainless steel appliances and an island with barstool seating. With bench seating, there’s plenty of space for everybody to eat at the main dining table.

Downstairs is where the entertainment lies! The private, indoor pool promises aquatic fun for any season. Head over to the game room, complete with a TV, pool table, and shuffleboard table, for a bit of friendly competition. For a bit more relaxation, opt for a movie marathon in the movie theater. This lower level of the home is designed to ensure endless hours of fun and laughter for all ages.

Outside, each level is accompanied by a spacious deck. Multiple seating areas scattered throughout ensure everyone can find their own private outdoor retreat. Start the day with your morning coffee, or just soak in the serene surroundings on leisurely afternoons. And what better way to end the day than with a relaxing dip in the hot tub?

When you're ready to unwind, spread out between six bedrooms. Each offers its own ensuite bathroom to ensure plenty of space and privacy for everyone.

The mountain town of Pigeon Forge is bursting with family-friendly activities like mini-golf and an arcade and is only a 15-minute drive away. Beyond that, Gatlinburg, Dollywood, and all of the outdoor experiences the area offers are within 30 minutes of the home. There’s so much to explore, and so many memories to be made in the Smoky Mountains. Evergreen Lodge awaits!

- This home allows up to 2 pets for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine per pet.
- Pool heat is a paid feature and needs to be requested 24 hours in advance before the day of check-in.
- Please have a 4WD or AWD vehicle and also carry chains. Driveways or roads leading to the property can be steep and will require these.

Parking Details:
- Up to 6 cars can be parked on the driveway.
- There is an EV charger available for guest use.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
