The Lake Tahoe, located just a 10 mins drive from the resort offers rafting, boating, and paddle-boarding.

This Deluxe Two-Bedroom Penthouse on the 8th floor offers a perfect blend of elegance and comfort, featuring:
- Fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, four burners electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, sink, coffee maker, kettle and is well equipped with pots and pans, dishes, glasses and flatware
- Separate dining area
- Living room with 20' ceilings and a fire place, queen-size pull out sofa, flat screen TV, two cozy armchairs and a tea table
- In-unit washer and dryer
- One half bathroom next to the living room
- Master bedroom with a king size bed, full bathroom with a deep soaking tub and a free-standing shower with dual shower heads, flat screen TV, and a desk
- Second Bedroom with two queen-size pillow top beds, full bathroom with stand alone shower with dual shower heads and deep soaking tub, flat screen TV, and a desk

We also manage an 8th floor valley-view hotel room (VRBO #4197731) with two queen beds that connects to this adjacent 2BR Deluxe Penthouse to form a 3BR Penthouse, accommodating up to 12 people.

Additional Charges:

* 11% Placer County lodging tax and 1% Squaw/Alpine Mass Transit tax and a .5% OV/AM D Assessment (12.5% total taxes) is in addition to the price.

* $50/day Resort Fee is included in the quoted price
Use of the pools, spas, fitness center, internet in the room, shuttle to and from the Village are included with the resort fee.

* Self Park: $30/night, Valet Park: $65/night, these fees are not included in the price, and will have to be paid to the resort directly.

* There is a free shuttle service from the resort to the The Village at Palisades Tahoe every 30 minutes

Other thing to note:

* Check in will be conducted with the hotel staff at the front desk upon arrival.
Guests will be provided with their room keys. A credit card will be required by the resort for room service, parking etc.
