A nice place in a safe neighborhood!
The place was clean and fresh when we arrived. The washer, dryer, sink, and countertops are all brand new. The stove and oven were great. Plenty of pots and pans and cookware. There were a limited number of untensils, but there were only two of us, so it wasn't a problem. The drawers are a little hinky, but still workable. The bed is huge and we liked the pillows, but it's a bit soft if you have a bad back. There is a nice dresser in the bedroom and tons of closet space with plenty of shelving and hangers. I'd suggest to the host to maybe have a larger comforter on the bed. The temperature in the house was easy to maintain. There are two chairs on the balcony. There are a lot of windows and it had good lighting. The bathroom was nice with new countertops. There was a nice desk which my husband was able to work from the apartment on. Good internet connection. Nice diningroom table. The carpets are new. the blinds and curtains are great--enough to block out all the sun when you need to. There was no dishsoap, so be aware of that. But the dishwasher is new and runs great. The host left laundry detergent packets and dishwasher packets and some bathroom soaps. I think the only downside really is it's on the second floor (high stairs). There is a very nice pool and pool area. Guarenteed parking spot. Nice and safe neighborhood. There was some noise from get togethers in the complex on Friday and Saturday, but other than that, it's a quiet relaxing place. We reccomend!
