So great!

We came to ski at Wolf Creek Pass and the location & accommodations were wonderful. Family of 4 plus Grandpa all had our own space and two bathrooms (on separate floors)! So close to down town, grocery, coffee, restaurants, shops, and the river walk! The hot tub was HOT with a great view of the valley! The hosts made us feel welcomed and communication was a breeze!

House was perfect! The views from the back deck are breathtaking! Check in and out process was simple without complications. Recommend this property to all! We will be back next summer!

Great property

Husband and I stayed here for 5 days and loved it! Sitting outside on the balcony was one of the best features. The only thing I would note is the tv is hit or miss, mostly miss. The kitchen was stocked well with dishes etc and there is a grill available too. We were able to walk to downtown Pagosa. Communication with the owner was great! We highly recommend this property!!

Nice spot for Pagosa Getaway

We had a good time staying at this cute and nicely updated house in Pagosa Springs. Just the perfect amount of space for a small group or a family. The outdoor dining & seating and hot tub made outdoor hanging out nice. There were just a couple maintenance issues with the house but the property manager was very responsive and helpful. House cleaning was fine, but not thorough—the kitchen drawers needed more attention. Also, kitchen has the basics but is a little spartan, so be prepared to bring your own food containers, foil, plastic wrap or plastic bags. Overall, we loved the house and would definitely rent it again!

Pagosa Weekend Getaway

The place was okay. It didn't smell clean, we later realized that the smell was coming from the front load washer. The floors were not mopped, our feet were black within the first 5 minutes. We attempted to contact the manager, who kindly responded a day and a half later. I felt that the property description was deceiving (tagged waterfront). It was nice, but I would not book for more than one family (tops 5 people).

Great house and location

We had a great time at the house. It's a great location near the main street area and hot springs. It's very clean and updated and the beds are really comfortable. Great for our family of 6! We had no issues except for the hot tub, and Mike was quick to come over and address it ASAP. The hot tub was back up for us within 24 hours. Thanks Mike!

Perfect family getaway

This home sits at the top of the hill with an overlook view of the town. My husband, 4yr daughter, and I stayed the weekend. Everynight we relaxed at the Hot Springs resort, then ate dinner in town, then relaxed in the hot tub here. We would definately recommend this location!

Cool Spot but beware of the hot tub

The stay was nice. Clean floors, beds, towels, etc. Need more pots and pans. Hot tub was fun the first night but did not realize how dirty it was until the next night after skiing. Scum and nasty bubbles coming up no matter how much cleaner we put in it. Next couple of days we noticed we all had red bumps on our backs arms and sides. Thought it was bedbugs! It wasn't thank goodness. It was from the hot tub. They call it HOT TUB FOLLICULITUS. From the hot tub not being cleaned. Other than the itching and feeling like you had scabies, it was a good stay! Just beware of the hot tub.....

Great Stay at Pagosa Elevated

This place was perfect for our extended weekend in Pagosa Springs. The house was clean and well kept. It had all the amenities we needed for our stay. We really enjoyed having a cocktail on the back patio with a great view. Finally, the proximity to downtown and the nearby restaurants was perfect! I highly recommend and would happily stay there again.

Overall good stay

Nice views from rear porch. House was clean upon arrival and had no problems during stay. There is no AC in house but luckily we had a great week of weather and with the windows open and using fans this did not cause a problem for us. 2 reserved parking spots in front are nice. Overall would stay here again.
