Comfortable and convenient
Easy to check in and locate the apt. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The space was comfortable and fit our family of 5 well. It was easy and convenient to get to Disneyland.

Great location
I have previously sent in a review, but wanted to add an additional comment. We enjoyed our stay and liked that the property was centrally located for us.
We noticed that the carpet in the living room really needed to be cleaned. We were somewhat disappointed that the kitchen was not as fully equipped at we had anticipated from staying at other VRBOs, but it was adequate. I had previously mentioned that both bath tubs needed to be roto routed as both drained very slow. Since we had had an issue with the kitchen sinks, we had called maintenance and they responded very quickly and took care of that issue.
We would definitely stay here again.

Disappointing stay. Upon arrival, we found that the sheets on all the beds had not been properly cleaned — there was hair in every set, and one bed had a crusty booger. The refrigerator contained leftover food and crumbs. The dryer was also not functioning properly; after three cycles, clothes were still damp.I contacted the host after the first night to request a refund. They offered to send a cleaning service and/or allow us to cancel the remainder of the week, but reimbursement for unused nights would only be provided only if the property was re-rented. They were not easy to deal with. They repeatedly told me that they had pictures showing the the apartment had been cleaned. Not wanting to risk losing the money we had already paid, we stayed the full week, though the experience was unpleasant.We would not return to this property and cannot recommend it based on cleanliness, maintenance, and the handling of our concerns.
