About this space
Only a couple of hundred metres from the beach, our bright air-conditioned apartment 'Casa Monte Mare' offers guests excellent access to everything Marina di Santa Maria del Cedro has to offer.

Whether you are looking for a relaxed summer break enjoying 'Blue Flag' beaches and clubs, taking a stroll around historic Scalea town or kayaking, rafting, scuba diving or rock climbing (for the more adventurous traveller), there is something here for everyone!
The space
A generous sized apartment with bedroom (double bed), shower room and living area (double sofa bed) with kitchenette. There is also a long balcony spanning the living area and bedroom.

In addition, there is plenty of off-street parking at the property - on a first come first serve basis but it is rarely busy.

You should find everything you need to make your stay a pleasant one with all the usual bed linen, towels, plates, cutlery and so on that you might normally expect in a self-catering apartment.
Other things to note
We think it's best to be upfront with our guests so we just want to remind you that we don't allow pets - (sorry), there is no elevator, no smoking and we don't have WiFi available at the moment.

We do all love our pets but this is our first rental so we want to keep it in the best condition for everyone please. And remember climbing the stairs (we are only on the second floor) can be a great workout! As for the WiFi - leave it behind... you're on holiday ;)

Sorry there are a few NOs here but on the plus side many other apartments don't seem to have smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors or fire blankets so you'll be pleased to know that we do... YES!

Plus there are lots of great bars, restaurants and wonderful things to do near 'Casa Benvenuti' so we are sure you will enjoy staying with us and love the whole coast.
