Here are some things to know / rules before booking



1. All reservations require a $1,000 / mo refundable security deposit.



2. All pets are $500 each (non-refundable)



3. Swim at your own risk, there is no lifeguard on duty.



4. Pool is not heated



6. This is an older house, however its been fully remodeled.



7. We do not advise having children playing in the barns alone, they are very old.



8. No guests allowed without pre-approval from host.



9. There are motion activated security cameras on the outside of the home, nothing inside.



10. No smoking indoors, outdoors ok.



11. This is a VERY quiet area. Please keep noise level down.



**All reservations are given a $500 utilities allowance, BUT ALSO we require a $1,000 utilities deposit. This extra deposit will cover any utilities (water, gas, electric), that goes above $500. Whatever is not used from this deposit is returned to you after your stay.





DAMAGE INSURANCE FEE: All reservations are subject to an $89 Damage Protection Fee, which covers accidental damages incurred during the stay. This fee safeguards guests against additional charges for qualifying damages, providing a streamlined and worry-free experience.
