This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, single level, property located in Snowcreek Phase 2. It has a maximum occupancy of 4, which includes children of all ages. TOML-CPAN-14403.

Park in the lot nearest the property. Walk your building's pathway, then up one exterior step to the front door. Use your access code to enter through the front door to where you'll find the entire property on the ground level.

Properties are prepared for arrival with professionally laundered and sanitized bedding, linen and towels.
⬧ Beds are made with a mattress cover, fitted sheet, a down free comforter in between two flat sheets with pillowcases on the pillows.
⬧ Bathrooms stocked with a full supply of bath towels, hand towels, face towels and bathmat for your stay.

⬧ Living room = Queen sofa pullout with its bedding set up and a 65” TV

In unit washer and dryer is a nice bonus for multiple days on the mountain. Only point of concern was hot water in the shower. At times it seemed to run out of hot water quickly (less than 5 minutes) and at other times there was no problem.Beds are comfortable, plenty of space for the three of us, and dishes/utensils for cooking were handy.

It felt like we were stuck in the 1980’s. Also a bit more lighting oils be nice as it seemed super dark and dull. Also there was no where we could store our food and snacks we brought! (Other than the fridge)All the kitchen cabinets were full!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've stayed at various units at Snowcreek and have not been disappointed. I had a problem while booking my unit and had some problems communicating with Snowcreek reservations but it finally got resolved.Loved staying at #255 as it is next to the creek and it overlooks the mountains. Was very relaxing. Kitchen was fairly well stocked. Would definitely recommend bringing your own cutting board and knife. The glass cutting board will dull the knife after a few uses. We had to stay extra night due to the unexpected hurricane that was hit LA. Thank goodness the unit had a washer dryer and detergent. Snowcreek was able to accommodate the extra nights stay and gave us a generous discount as well. Jamie got back to us right away and kept us updated. Kudos to Snowcreek for not taking advantage of a bad situation!!!!Definitely recommend!

Kitchen was good but knives terrivle and refrigerator's temperature was set to low, freezing vegetables. Thermastats hard to figure out; displays only show one temperature, rather than current temperature vs. set temperature, so hard to know when you've successfully set new temp. 15 or 20 character WiFi password is glued to fridge, so hard to enter into devices. Snow removal was effective

Comfy spacious ski condo for a small group

We had a great stay at Snowcreek. The condo was very clean, spacious, comfortable and warm. Adequately stocked for cooking and staying in for meals. In unit washer/dryer is also great to have. The only thing that was slightly lacking compared to other complexes I've stayed in in Mammoth is the common area spa. The hot tub could use a cleaning and wasn't very hot. Other than that, the condo itself was awesome. Would stay again for sure. Thanks!

The property was clean and user friendly. Parking was a bit of a problem, when we had arrived it had just snowed and there were no spaces available. Perhaps a shovel to potentially clear some additional space or provide designated parking for each unit.

It was clean, well furnished, well stocked with bedding, appliances worked perfectly, wifi was easy to access and fast. I would highly recommend this condo and will return if I'm travelling with a small party. Plenty of parking in front of the condo. A small babbling brook runs next to it.Reservations were easy, early check-in was offered, front door lock worked perfectly and check-out was simple. Everything went very smoothly.
