Newly Renovated and Designer decorated! Stunning condo on the beach! Amazing Ocean Views and Sunsets that are WOW! Premier location, nestled right in the heart of Oak Island within walking distance to shopping, dining, pickleball courts and entertainment in the park.
Very spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo that sleeps up to 8 guests - with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 full/double beds, as well as 2 full bathrooms and an oversized covered porch with amazing ocean views along with great views of the pool.

Large screen smart TVs are located in the living room and all 3 bedrooms with Hulu live & on-demand included. Free, high speed wifi available throughout the condo.

The rooms are all very spacious and are designed for added comfort with cushy furniture and comfy beds. The Kitchen is completely remodeled and fully equipped with all of the gadgets and utensils that make meals easy breezy including a pancake griddle, waffle maker, lobster pot, hand mixer and blender. Upgraded pots and pans, baking pans, casserole dishes and even BBQ utensils

The dining room will accommodate 8 for dinner and the breakfast bar has seating for 4.

Outdoor enjoyment areas abound to enhance your beach visit. The Pool is available (seasonally) for use along with outdoor grilling areas and an outdoor shower. Access to the private, outdoor storage area is also included, with beach toys, beach wagon and chairs for your enjoyment while on the beach!

While the extra large patio with great ocean views accommodates 6 people, the front porch also has a sweet bench for 2 for a quiet view of the beach for early morning sunrises.

Guest comfort and enjoyment has been carefully considered in all of the details to ensure you have an Easy Breezy beach stay!

Check in at 3pm and check out is at 10am.

Easy Breezy is non-smoking and does not allow pets.

Saturday change over day for weekly rentals during peak summer season.

The condo is beautifully updated and decorated. It’s so close to the beach and other shops and restaurants. Eleanor was wonderful and very responsive and the condo had every amenity you would possibly need, shampoo, body wash, even a razor, plus every kitchen appliance or tool you could ever think of. They also had tons of games that we enjoyed playing as a family. Would definitely stay here again!

We traveled to Oak Island with 5 teenage girls to celebrate my daughter's 18th birthday; our stay was perfect! The host is very communicative and has stocked the condo thoughtfully. The decor was tasteful and inviting -- I was relieved that there was enough living room seating to match the sleeping capacity, which is sometimes an issue! There have been a few updates since the pictures were taken and it was such a pleasant surprise! The place was clean, comfortable, and convenient, we will definitely stay again!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was!! The property is so beautifully decorated and so wonderfully stocked that we felt right at home!! The location is perfect! It is steps from the beach or pool, super close to any necessities (groceries, restaurants), but yet somehow perfectly serene! Communicating with the host was a breeze (as was check in and check out)! Everyone in our group raved about the property! Will definitely be back!
