The Space:
Little Blue is an amenity rich property, all of which are detailed in the amenities section of this listing. Furthermore, guests have access to the garage of the home where they may store their vehicle during their stay. The home itself is divided across four large bedrooms and three bathrooms. The bedrooms are each located at the four corners of the property, making the layout ideal for larger groups that desire a central social area but bedrooms with ample spacing from one another. The bedroom configuration is as follows:

Primary Bedroom: King bed, lanai access and en-suite primary bathroom. Sitting chair in bedroom corner and flat screen Smart TV. Pictured in photos 9 and 10. Located on back right side of home overlooking golf course.
Guest Bedroom 1: King bed and lanai access. Pictured in photo 13. Located on back left side of home overlooking golf course.
Guest Bedroom 2: Twin beds (one is a trundle). Pictured in photo 14. Located on front right side of home overlooking street.
Guest Bedroom 3: King bed. Pictured in photo 16. Located on front left side of home overlooking street.
Living Room: Features a queen sized sleeper sofa.

The bathrooms are configured as follows:

Primary Bathroom: Located en-suite to primary bedroom and features dual vanities with walk in shower.
Guest Bathroom 1: Located near guest bedroom 1 and dining room. Pocket door leading to dining room. Features single vanity and walk in shower.
Guest Bathroom 2: Located adjacent to guest bedroom 2 and bedroom 3, with hallway access. Features dual vanities and shower/tub combo.

Outdoor space:
Lanai has large flat screen TV and ample seating.
Outdoor shower on left side of house.
Propane grill.

In terms of location, Little Blue is a ground level home located at 1262 Par View Drive within the Beachview community of Sanibel Island, FL. It is located directly on the Beachview golf course overlooking the 14th hole. It features a deeded beach access located only steps from the home, about 750 yards from front door to sand. The Beachview clubhouse is located just feet from Little Blue. Here guests can participate in tennis and golfing activities. Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home during their stay, as well as the garage, pool and spa. They also will enjoy access to the deeded beach access detailed in photo 19.

Guests must complete a rental agreement.
A non-refundable cancellation fee of $300 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
