It is located on the 16th floor of the first line of the beach and has unbeatable views of the Empuriabrava beach and the Bay of Roses. Beautifully newly renovated modern apartment and tastefully decorated. The apartment consists of two bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with shower, living room - dining room, open kitchen. The apartment is equipped with high-end appliances, linen linens, and Egyptian cotton towels.

The beach (south beach) is in direct access to less than 100 meters with a beachfront restaurant, Ams restaurant, which presents an excellent quality/price ratio as well as a magnificent view of the sea.
Still on the beach and less than 1 km from the AMS is the fabulous restaurant "Pollo Pollo" which offers a 1/2 deliciously roasted chicken with chips for.... less than €8!
Another beautiful address in Empuriabrava: the "Uribe", typical Spanish restaurant that offers a very good menu at 14 € including starter + main course + dessert (wine included), with more than 5 possible choices in each stage of the meal.

You will be close to many shops and restaurants in a radius of 10 minutes on foot.

The large weekly market of Empuriabrava, very well stocked with good quality/ price, is held on Saturday morning at the foot of the building; however be careful not to use the car parks reserved for the market and indicated the day before.

For bargains, I also recommend the shopping center in the very large building "Gran Jonquera" located in Jonquera (36 km), 2 steps from the Franco-Spanish border: there is absolutely everything (fashion, clothing, shoes, wines and spirits, perfumery, food, restaurants, etc.) at really interesting prices in quality boutiques and shops.
