The Akoya Pearl is truly the crown jewel, featuring the largest build area at 234 sqm (191 sqm covered). The villa is encircled by a lush garden, offering three separate entrances to the property. An exterior staircase leads to the upper floor, while an interior staircase connects all levels. The double door on the lower level can create a separate, self-contained apartment complete with a fully equipped kitchen—ideal for rental opportunities.
