This updated studio at the Fontainebleau offers a bright, relaxing space just steps from the sand in Panama City Beach. Located on the quieter north side of this beachfront building, the unit provides a peaceful stay—with a bonus view of the beach and Gulf from the bedroom window. Guests also have access to the building’s beachfront decks and the pool overlooking the shoreline.
Inside, you’ll find a clean and thoughtfully arranged space with a comfortable queen bed, a cozy sitting area, and soft coastal décor that keeps the studio bright and inviting. The kitchenette includes a stove, microwave, toaster, blender, and full-size fridge, giving you everything needed for simple meals or snacks between beach trips.
The layout is open and easy to navigate, with shuttered windows that bring in natural light and a dining area for meals or laptop time. A wall-mounted smart TV and fast Wi-Fi add convenience whether you’re relaxing or planning your next day out. The bathroom includes a full tub/shower combo and updated finishes.
As part of the Fontainebleau, you’ll enjoy direct beach access, a Gulf-front pool deck, on-site laundry, free parking, and a nostalgic beachfront setting close to restaurants and local attractions. To keep things comfortable for everyone in the building, please note: registered guests only and no parties or events. No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony. Pets are not allowed. Parking is limited to designated Fontainebleau areas and a parking pass must be displayed at all times; towing is managed by the building. Pool and common areas require wristbands, which must be returned at check-out to avoid a replacement fee. Please rinse sand off outside before coming in, avoid moving furniture, and supervise children on the balcony and around the pool. At departure, take out trash, start any used dishes in the sink or dishwasher if available, set the A/C to a reasonable temperature, and lock the door behind you. Full check-in and check-out details are included in your welcome guide after booking.

Fontainebleau Terrace has a charm and history you don’t find in most modern PCB buildings. It sits right on the beach, which means you can step outside and immediately enjoy the sand, the sound of the waves, and the vibrant beachfront atmosphere.
I love this area because it’s close to everything—Pier Park, dining, shopping, and local attractions—but it still feels relaxed and easygoing. It’s the perfect blend of convenience and true old-Florida beachfront simplicity.
