House Rules & Building Policies
To keep things comfortable for everyone in the building, please note: registered guests only and no parties or events. No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony. Pets are not allowed. Parking is limited to designated Fontainebleau areas and a parking pass must be displayed at all times; towing is managed by the building. Pool and common areas require wristbands, which must be returned at check-out to avoid a replacement fee. Please rinse sand off outside before coming in, avoid moving furniture, and supervise children on the balcony and around the pool. At departure, take out trash, start any used dishes in the sink or dishwasher if available, set the A/C to a reasonable temperature, and lock the door behind you.
