Great spot near all the fun

This is a very nice place that is located close to all of the fun of the French quarter. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

This property is in a great location so that walking everywhere is easy. Also the space was perfect for our family of eight!!

Best spot to stay

It’s a perfect spot for a small team to stay. Everyone still had their own room and bathroom, but we had a common space to meet as well. Highly recommend!

Amazing Location and Incredible Staff

We came to town on a business trip. Location was perfect to all of the hot spots in NOLA, staff was prompt and super easy to communicate with, concierge for the groceries prior to the visit was on point, and the 4 bedroom unit we stayed in was exactly as advertised. Easy to walk to anywhere. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome place for a group of friends

Visited to celebrate a friend’s wedding. The place was exactly as listed. Tons of space, great amenities (including spa shower!), extremely comfortable beds, and a very friendly and attentive staff. The location is perfect - quiet but walkable to everything downtown - and felt very safe and intimate. Highly recommend to any groups visiting New Orleans.

Great unit

The 4 bedroom unit was ideal for our group. Loved having the kitchen & living room to allow us to spend time together. Location is easy walking distance to French Quarters but is quiet when you want to escape.

AMAZING CONDO

This was my first time in New Orleans. Not only is the Natchez a great location, it is an absolutely beautiful condo. Had an amazing weekend. Lots of great food! I will def return to the Natchez.

50th Birthday Party

Had a great time hosting friends and family for my 50th Birthday Party. Staff was very accommodating and let us be loud and crazy temporarily, while also keeping other guests in mind. It was three days and nights of fun! Would highly recommend!

Artsy Urban High Tech Getaway

Great space, perfect location, and very friendly staff. The beds were extremely comfortable. It was a bit difficult to get up and explore the city after sleeping on Cloud 9. Bathrooms were of good size, and featured beautiful finishes. A befitting space for traveling groups with individual ambient temperature preferences; every room had its own thermostat. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you for hospitality.

Great stay!

Location, bedding, kitchen, bathrooms, staff were great. The only complaint is that the upstairs bedroom was hot and you couldn't turn on the AC to cool it down while heating the downstairs bedrooms which were cool. Luckily the guest staying in that room didn't mind. We would stay again but not choose a set up with an upstairs bedroom. Otherwise, loved our stay!

Weekend with Friends

We had a great experience with the Natchez property. The units are clean with nice beds, showers and furniture. The only drawback was we were not able to get Wi-Fi access in our room. They were working on it during our stay. We would recommend this stay and location to others. It is easy access to the French Quarters and Magazine Street

The Natchez

The rental boasts a luxury accommodation. The unit is sparsely furnished so w/ only one luggage rack per room your clothes stay on the floor if they do not hang on a hanger. The kitchen was missing a complete set of utensils and was not as advertised ( “gourmet kitchen”).

Very good. Rather expensive with all your fees. But a great place. Workers very friendly Maintenance could stand to do walk through Small rips in sofa. Stuck shower temperature knob. Cord on a window knotted and not usable. Room 3301

Great Spring Break Stay

This is a great property in a convenient location. We could walk everywhere we wanted to go in NOLA. We did use streetcar and Uber for Garden District. Condo had adequate space for us and 3 teen daughters. Outdoor common space was good. One of the best things was the kind, friendly tram that wa always working the front desk. Bedroom and bathrooms were well amounted and spacious. Only suggestion for improvement would be a Keurig and also a smart TV in the living room. Doesn’t make sense to have saner TVs in bedrooms and not in living room so we could stream ball games and a couple movie as a family. Overall great stay. Would stay Avon!

More like a boutique hotel

The listing/pictures are very accurate- very nice. Secure entry and seems like a safe area even at night. In a quiet area and close walk to sights- 12 minute walk to convention center/ WWII museum, 8 to Bourbon St, and 5 to casino. Front desk person who will let you leave bags there if you arrive before check-in. Coffee/tea station in the small lobby- decent, but better to brew your own in the room. Nice towels, beds and pillows. Bathrooms very nice- showers too. Quiet, and plenty of space. We had 4 people staying, and the couch/ living area was not enough for 4 to lounge/ watch tv. Needed to use the kitchen table, or use the TV's in the bedooms. Nice appliances in the kitchen. Really satisfied with this property. Possibly 10-15 rooms within the property? 3 floors with large elevator. Didn't use the hot tub/ pool/ courtyard, but it looked nice.

Best of New Orleans

The Natchez property is perfect location to experience the “best of New Orleans”. The property was very clean and while keeping the historical structure was modern and luxurious. Perfect stay!! We can’t wait to visit again!!

Great place

Stayed for 2 nights with families. Great place. Love the fact that it has 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths. Place is very clean and beautiful . Location perfect. Close enough to get to all the attractions. Had problems with cold water but it was fix the next day. Staff at reception all nice. Will highly recommend this place and love to stay again next time.

Great location, layout and customer service. Ideal spot to share with coworkers during a convention. Would definitely book again.
