¡RENOVADO! ¡Cocina, sala de estar, dormitorios, baños y piscina recientemente renovados! Esta es una casa fantásticamente ubicada con piscina privada y bañera de hidromasaje (climatizada por un cargo adicional), un maravilloso patio trasero con un camino de playa convenientemente ubicado a solo unos pasos que conduce a una playa vasta, tranquila y sorprendente. El nivel superior tiene un porche proyectado con vistas a la piscina con una vista parcial del océano. El porche tiene una zona de descanso para descansar y una mesa de desayuno con capacidad para cuatro, ideal para jugar a las cartas. También en el nivel superior hay una sala de estar con TV y equipo de música, comedor, cocina, dormitorio principal con cama king size, TV y baño, y un segundo dormitorio con cama king size, TV y baño. El nivel inferior tiene un área común con TV, un sofá seccional que se convierte en dos camas individuales y una cama nido que también tiene dos camas individuales, un área excelente para que los niños 'se alejen de todo'. También en el nivel inferior hay un tercer dormitorio con una cama queen size y un cuarto dormitorio con un par de camas gemelas y TV. En la planta baja hay una sala de lavandería y dos baños completos al otro lado del pasillo desde las habitaciones.

¡La casa está en la ubicación perfecta! Puedes relajarte alrededor de la piscina o dar un paseo de 100 yardas hasta la playa y ver la puesta de sol, jugar bochas o paletas, ver delfines jugando en el agua o contar los nidos de tortugas mientras caminas por la playa. Está a solo tres minutos a pie de South Beach Marina, donde encontrará pequeñas tiendas y el restaurante Salty Dog o donde puede alquilar bicicletas en el South Beach Racquet Club y tomar cortos paseos en bicicleta (15 a 20 minutos) a Harbor Town o la playa Club. Unable to get hot tub warm enough. Furniture needs cleaning, bathtubs downstairs had long hair stuck to shower walls. Upstairs toilet needed to be cleaned. Found trash under beds when we were checking for missed items before leaving. We did not contact host because everyone assumed it was just their bathroom that was dirty. Was Thursday when we were looking for a missing credit card that we all started talking. No one wanted to ruin a wonderful vacation by complaining. We did love the location, proximity to beach and the deer wandering through the yard all day long.I had photos but cannot get them to upload.

The best feature of this vacation home is undoubtedly its location — just a one-minute walk to the beach right from the front yard! My family also loved the proximity to South Beach, especially the Salty Dog Café and the marina. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area is spacious, beautifully renovated, and perfect for gathering as a family.It took us a little time to get familiar with the kitchen since it’s so well-stocked — plenty of pots, lids, and utensils — but once we organized things to our liking, it worked wonderfully. A major plus is that each bedroom has its own bathroom, which made our stay especially comfortable.We did notice some clanging noise from the windows at night, even when closed, but I’m sure the owner will address this soon. The beds were comfortable, and the desk in one of the bedrooms was perfect for a bit of remote work.The pool and hot tub were fantastic, but the true standout was the beautifully landscaped yard — such a peaceful and relaxing oasis. We kept commenting on how thoughtfully designed and well-maintained it was. My husband reorganized the garage, which had plenty of beach and pool gear left by previous guests, making it easy to find everything we needed.Communication with the owner was excellent — very pleasant and responsive throughout our stay. And lastly, the spacious screened-in porch deserves a special mention — we enjoyed breakfast and dinner there daily, even on rainy evenings.It was a wonderful vacation!

We had an amazing stay at this Beautiful home! It’s close to the beach/ocean and South Beach restaurants and shops! The home is also Beautifully decorated with awesome pictures on the walls of nature. The pool and hot tub had warm water. We really enjoyed it here!

We love HHIHouse was great for location, access to beach and pool.House was nice overall, but with it listed as renovated was a little disappointed to have black mold all over the ceiling in the one suite. We made do and enjoyed what we were really there for - the pool, beach, sunshine and family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at 4 Brown Pelican. The location was great with beach access and the Salty Dog nearby. The common space and screen porch were fun gathering spaces. The kitchen is well stocked and the garage had plenty of beach items, including two wonderful wagons. The beds were comfortable throughout the house. Everyone was pleased with their sleeping arrangements. The pool was convenient and the yard next to it was perfect for corn hole (we brought our own boards). The beach was not very crowded and allowed for some quality family and friend time with plenty of space. The house did have a few issues that we shared with the owners and the cleaning company. They were great to work with and I'm sure those things were addressed. They did not impact our stay.For our party of nine (9) this was a great vacation spot and we would consider this house again in the future.

First time and not our last

This was our first time to Hilton Head and it won’t be our last. And I would not hesitate to stay in this place again. We had my wife and I, our three adult kids a daughter in-law and two grandsons age 3 and 1. Kitchen was well appointed. Plenty of space for everyone. The separate living space on the first floor was perfect for the grandkids. The outdoor living space was where we hung out the most. Short walk to a great beach. Pool was great. Rented bikes from south beach bike rental which you can walk to to pick up and drop off the bikes, we road all over The Sea Pines on the fabulous bike paths. The only bummer was there were thousands of jelly fish washing up on the beach which made us not want to swim, not sure if that happens all year or just this time of year but the beach was still enjoyable.

My family loved our stay at 4 Brown Pelican. The home was beautiful and exactly as pictured. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The pool and hot tub were wonderful and the landscaping was beautiful. It was such a short walk to the beach and in a great location overall. We all agreed we want to come back!

This is the 4th time we have stayed at the house and had another great experience. When we ran into problems with the pool heater, everyone was very responsive and the problem was resolved quickly. This visit we got to watch deer walk through the yard multiple evenings.

Spring Break away from Chicago

Our family spent a much needed week away from Chicago dreary weather over spring break in this fantastic home.Only about a two-minute walk from a pristine, uncrowded beach with the option to just stick around the house in a large heated pool and hot tub.Four, well-appointed bedrooms (each with its own bathroom) and two large family rooms… couldn’t have been more comfortable.Owners were very responsive to our questions (we had zero problems during the stay) and even sent us some clothing items we left behind.Our only complaint was that we didn’t have more than one week to stay.

Happy with stay.

We were very pleased with the house. We enjoyed time by the pool and a short walk to the beach. The house was as advertised and was a lovely home. I especially appreciated the closed in porch.

Fantastic family getaway

We loved every thing about this home for our vacation. It is in a prime location close to the beach. It has a great pool with lounging chairs. The screened in porch is fantastic in the evening. The accommodations inside the home were great and plentiful. We would definitely come back.

Perfect Hilton Head home

This was our 2nd year in a row at this beautiful home. Perfect location, layout, pool. Well stocked kitchen and the perfect set up for our extended family. We’ll be back.
