El lujoso Buffalo Lodge en el corazón de River Run Village tiene todo lo que necesita para unas vacaciones perfectas. Este condominio es la escapada perfecta para los entusiastas del aire libre, así como para aquellos que solo desean relajarse y descansar. Hay una gran variedad de actividades y atracciones en tan cerca. Restaurantes, excelentes tiendas, cafeterías, vida nocturna y tiendas de alquiler están a pocos pasos. Los esquiadores y practicantes de snowboard aprovechan la góndola que se encuentra a solo dos minutos a pie del Buffalo Lodge. También se encuentra justo afuera del frente la nueva pista de patinaje sobre hielo al aire libre (durante el invierno) y el campo de golf en miniatura (durante el verano). ¡Puedes pagar para alquilar tus patines o traer los tuyos!

Una vez que llegue aquí, no tendrá que preocuparse por conducir, estacionarse o tomar un autobús. La comodidad es lo más destacado de este acogedor condominio. Cuando llegues, compartirás increíbles vistas desde el balcón que da a un pequeño y pintoresco patio que se abre hacia el centro del pueblo. Mire más allá y vea los hermosos mantenimientos tan cerca que siente que puede tocarlos. Baja y disfruta del salón con chimenea de piedra, TV y mesas de billar. Justo afuera, para su placer, hay una nueva bañera de hidromasaje para 10 personas con un sistema de deshielo para la accesibilidad durante todo el año. También se ha agregado una parrilla de gas al área del patio para uso de los huéspedes. Se incluye una piscina climatizada y una bañera de hidromasaje con una vista increíble de las pistas para que disfruten nuestros huéspedes.

El condominio ha sido recientemente renovado: alfombra, baldosas, pintura y horno nuevo. Además, se colocó un colchón nuevo en el dormitorio principal. En la sala de estar, hemos actualizado a un nuevo sofá desplegable con colchón nuevo, junto con una nueva silla cómoda. Dentro de la unidad, hay un televisor, reproductor de DVD y acceso inalámbrico a Internet para brindarle la comodidad del hogar. Tenemos un cómodo sofá que se abre en una cama de matrimonio para acomodar a los invitados.

Keystone Resort es uno de los mejores resorts del país, ya que es un Resort de cuatro estaciones y River Run Village es su punto focal. El Village Center es el lugar de muchos festivales durante el año. Además de la temporada de esquí de invierno, la ubicación es perfecta para practicar senderismo, ciclismo, pesca, navegación y otras actividades excelentes para participar en las temporadas de primavera, verano y otoño. También está a una corta distancia en automóvil de Breckenridge, Vail y Arapahoe Basin. Great time at Riverrun

We enjoyed the convenient location and having a full kitchen. The hot tub at the condo building was convenient. We traveled next door twice to enjoy the outdoor heated pool as well.

Cozy condo convenient location

Perfect sized condo for a couple. Very clean condo and building. Great location to restaurants, shops and the gondola. Only problem was the broken garage elevator. But you can pull up to the front door to load and unload via the handicapped ramp. We would stay again.

Great location and property

Nice location by gondola, great hot tubs, clean unit. The owner worked with us from having to cancel last year due to illness and allowed us to reschedule for this year. It was wonderful! Hope to return again.

This place is located right next to the ski schools and ski rental places. Next to the ice rink and a large outdoor fire pit and restaurants. We loved it.

The condo was absolutely perfect for my family!

The condo is perfect! We had a great Christmas staying in keystone. It snowed I think everyday, had a blast skiing and snowmobiling. The condo is in a perfect location and the kitchen was fully equipped. The bedding was very comfortable! 5 stars on the property

Mountain View and walk to Gondola

The Mountain View and being at the tip of the village makes this location super convenient. The Kitchen is fully stocked with whatever you need to cook with. The balcony is fun to sit out on. We’ve stayed here for three spring breaks in a row and love this place! The owners are great and make the place feel like home. We really look forward to our next visit!

Great rental!

This property is in a great location. It is very close to shops/restaurants. It is also very close to the gondola. The balcony overlooks the shops, and a beautiful campfire. The rental was very clean. The host supplied some extras like coffee/tea/spices. I would definitely rent this again.

Location, location, location

Great little condo - just right for dad and 2 kids ski week. Parked when we got there and never got in the cars again until we checked out - skiing, ski school, pool/hot tub, dining all with no extra hassle. Had everything we needed. Thanks.

Good as advertised

Good communication from owner and property management company. The unit is located a short distance from the elevator, but far removed from it that you shouldn’t worry about noises. All appliances worked well, the kitchen was well stacked. Enough pillows, linens for 2-4 people. There are two TV’s in the unit which are roughly 24” screens which might be ok for some, but others might prefer a bigger screen. Very good option to stay at the village.

Great location and newly updated

This is our second time staying and it has been an amazing experience. This condo location offers both mountain views and views of the lively River Run village. This condo has a fully equipped kitchen and dining area that allows you to enjoy the comfort of home-cooked meals after a full day of skiing. The Buffalo lodge has a game/entertainment great room equipped with two pool tables. During the day time, this doubled as a great work space. It also offers amenities for grilling and two hot tubs. The hosts are wonderful making you feel welcome in their beautifully maintained condo. They have provided books, board games and televisions providing recreation during your downtime from skiing. They are very responsive and helpful in exploring the best that Keystone has to offer. We look forward to returning again.

Great time in River Run

Overall we had a fantastic stay! The unit is small but clean, the kitchen is well stocked, and the view into River Run village is absolutely lovely. The location is a convenient few minute walk to the gondola and the use of the hot tubs and pools made our muscles happy after skiing. The unit could’ve been made even better with a few small additions like a broom to sweep up messes and a humidifier for the intensely dry air. Marci, the condo owner, was absolutely lovely! She was kind, patient, and communicative, adjusting our reservation when needed and assisting us with a very late check-in. We found the communications through the management company confusing — receiving several emails and text messages. In fact, we never received an email with the door code — or somehow missed it in all the ones we got — though someone quickly answered and assisted when we realized this and called. Perhaps all communications could’ve been condensed into a single email prior to arrival with check-in and check-out instructions, address, building information, and other pertinent information? That would’ve made the arrival process, and getting a sense of the building amenities, much smoother. All in all we had a wonderful time and wouldn’t hesitate to return and/or suggest it to our friends. Happy skiing/hiking/adventuring!

Nice Condo, HOA Issue Elevators

Nice condo which was clean and comfortable, great location in River Run. Kitchen very well stocked with pots, utensils etc. The issue was with the HOA, both elevators for Buffalo Lodge were broken for our entire 10 day stay which meant Residents, Guests and Cleaning Staff were forced to take the Stairs at all times. All luggage, equipment, coolers etc. had to be carried up and down, in our case, 3 to 4 flights of stairs. The signs stating that the Elevators were inoperable looked like they had been there awhile and we were not notified prior to our arrival. We contacted the Property Management Co. the day we arrived, 23 Jan, and the next day a newer sign was put up by the HOA that it would be three plus weeks for repairs. The signs were removed the day before we left but the Elevators did not work then or on the next day when we departed. I would also recommend the Property Management Co. make Guests aware that the Elevators are specific to each Lodge, as marked, since there is a single underground garage for at least 4 different lodges. Nothing wrong with the Condo, it was fine but Elevators not working was a difficult for an older couple.

Great Place

This property is perfect for a nice ski vacation. It's located in the heart of River run Village, it's convenient to everything: restaurants, ski lessons, ski rentals, and to the gondola. The property had everything in it you could need, the check-in process was quick and simple, an additional bonus of having the ski lockers made the whole thing perfect. I would stay here again.

Family Getaway

Had a nice stay. Very convenient to the restaurants and shops in Keystone. The walk to the gondola was a little longer than I would have liked, but overall it was a great time! The condo had everything it promised. Thank you!

Great Location / But Updates Needed

Property is in a great location, but it is desperately in need of upgrades. Most importantly, none of the elevators worked in the entire building during our entire stay. Walking up and down multiple flights of steps with bags and ski gear gets tiring, especially with small children. All guests in the building were complaining because the elevators had allegedly been broken for a long time and there was no indication that they would be fixed anytime soon. The condo unit itself was ok, although all the appliances and furnishings were outdated. The management company needs to do a better job cleaning between guests.

First week in January

Great location- easy walk to the lifts-my husband enjoyed the hot tub and we did play a few games of billiards. Because of Covid we cooked in and used the grill a couple of times. Having the ski locker was convenient. We would visit again.

Too Many Entities Involved

I booked this through Vrbo and overall it was a good experience - skiing always is. However, you can see a common thread with my complaints, which are nobody’s ‘fault’ but something to consider when booking here: There were FIVE entities that I dealt with for this single booking (Vrbo, Next Run LLC (which I think is the actual owners Marci and Steve Steiner), Property Management Inc., Keystone Guest Services, and Book By Owner). Naturally, upon booking, I got emails from multiple places and while PMI’s email was very detailed (very long) and clear, it recommended I cross-check the check-in timings with the owner, so I knew these entities wouldn’t be a one-stop-shop if I needed help with anything along the way. Indeed, when I needed to figure out the best place to park our second vehicle (only one included), the owner (Marci) suggested contacting Book By Owner. By the time I arrived I had forgotten which entity she suggested, and since I had gotten an automated text from PMI I asked them about parking. I also mentioned the smell of gas in the condo. They ignored the parking question, told me to contact Keystone Guest Services who manages building amenities, and when I re-asked the parking question, they suggested a spot that was not free, 30 min walk, 5 min drive away. Finally, an hour before we checked out, and almost had everything out so we could ski our last morning and get on the road, our door code suddenly stopped working. I scrambled to figure out what entity to call, and most only gave me options to leave voicemails. I called PMI to no avail (they texted 45 min later that they’d try to find someone to let me in). I called the owner (marci) who was asleep (9am) but finally answered and tried to help me get ahold of Book By Owner. We both left voicemails, and I finally got through, and they were able to get me in with a new code. Of course we lost about an hour of our final morning of skiing when the time is precious and everyone’s already in their ski gear. Marci and everyone I spoke with was kind and helpful, but this is a frustrating system to have so many entities involved.

As a family of four with two young children, we truly enjoy traveling and the outdoors. The kids have started skiing and snowboarding and they love it. Hiking is also a family favorite activity for, spring, summer, and fall. Having a place that we can stay and enjoy outdoor activities all year round has made this condo a family treasure. River Run in the heart of Keystone offers dozens of activities to chose from, including relaxing. We love it, and so will you.
