Disfrute de su estancia en nuestro espacioso apartamento junto a la bahía. Hay 1100 pies cuadrados y un patio de buen tamaño. La cocina acaba de ser remodelada con un plan abierto y la marca de electrodomésticos nuevos. Usted puede sentarse en el mostrador, en el comedor o en el patio para cenar. Hay un gran sofá cómodo con una gran pantalla plana. El sofá es lo suficientemente grande como para dormir un par de niños o un adulto. También hay un tamaño queen estallar colchón en el armario frontal. Usted puede hacer su ropa de arriba. Hay un aparcamiento de dos spots asignado también.

Very clean! Close to a lot of places. Loved the park across the street, was fun sitting on patio watching all the dogs! My family member that stayed with me lives in San Diego so it was a nice getaway for her too. We will definitely stay here again!

The property is in a very quiet neighborhood. (We sleep with our windows open.) The view from the living room and master bedroom is a nice snapshot of Mission Bay. You also have the luxury of two parking spaces, one underground and the other on the second level. If there's two cars involved in your visit, that's a Godsend. Parking in all of the S.D. area is nearly impossible to find. Sprouts and TraderJoe's are near by for grocery shopping. All I all, a nice visit in a good and pleasant area.

Had everything we needed and a great location. Super easy to check in and out. Stayed with three kids and had plenty of room and a good layout to accommodate everyone. Would happily stay here again.

This is our 4th or 5th time staying here.. Love it every time.Great bay view.. easy one minute walk to the park... two parking spaces, clean and kitchen has just what you need to cook!!! Wonderful bathrooms... and a place where my family has made many memories... Thank you!!!!

My family had a great time. The unit was perfect for us and there are many good eating places and things to do within easy walking distance. We would definitely stay again!

A real gem

We loved our stay here. As a family of four it had everything we needed, the location is ideal and having parking made life so much easier. Having a bay view was beautiful and to have so much space in the lounge, two bedrooms and two bathrooms was much needed after being all together in a series of hotel rooms. Kaylee was really helpful and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location, sweet spot

The house was very nice, perfectly appointed for my liking. We traveled with three adults and two kids, and everyone was pleased. The instructions were very clear, and the owner was easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The location was possibly the best part because we could walk to the park and play near the water. Also, my 7-year old approved of the bed. 5 stars!

Great place, location, and host

Great place, location, and host. We especially appreciated all the baby friendly supplies provided. Only issue was our toddler had an asthma attack from the room being a bit musty. But that is likely the case of most San Diego properties these days unfortunately.

Perfect getaway spot!

Couldn't ask for more. Super location. Quiet street between a small park and the bay. The beach is family friendly. The condo had everything we needed. Several groceriy shops about 1/2 mile away. Walkable area. Look forward to returning!

Spacious Condo in a Wonderful Location

This condo has a view of Mission Bay and is just a block away from Fanuel Park. Great place to stay with young child. Condo is spacious and had everything we needed to play at the beach, cook in the kitchen and relax.

Spacious and comfortable

Spacious and comfortable condo. Comfortable and large bedroom. Gated parking was an added convenience. Nice water view from the balcony. The location was perfect. One short block (a small park is in front of the building) to Pacific Beach bay and miles of walking/biking trails. Mission Beach is also walkable. Only minutes to downtown San Diego and the various attractions. Quiet, residential neighborhood makes Kaylee's condo a rare find.

Excellent accommodations, great location, clean.. we are happy!!!!

This is the 2nd time we stayed here and we will return again. Our family met here from all over. Easy access to walking, biking and the bay. Great clean place to stay, great view of the bay... We also appreciated the crib, play pen and highchair for the 7 months old. 2 parking spots. It was just what we needed. Thank you to the hosts for such a great place. We created memories for a lifetime.

The BEST place for a family!

Seriously! You will not regret your decision to stay here! This place is within 5-15 mins from Sea World, the Zoo, Trader Joes, Restaurants, Belmont beach, AND it's right on the bay with an amazing beach and playground for kids! The space is VERY roomy! You will not feel cramped in the least! Large kitchen, dining table for 6, and the living room leaves much room to stretch out! The Master bedroom is also very spacious! You can't beat having 2 bathrooms as well! Things to know: - There are 2 washer and dryers on the second floor that are shared with the building. We did not have a problem using them while we were there. - Beach toys and equipment is provided. There is even a surf board and multiple boogie boards. - The pool is outdoor and not heated. It is also shaded most of the day so we decided to hit up Plunge at Belmont Park instead. - The air conditioning was easy to use and keeps the house nice and cool. The one in the front room is a bit noisy as it is a portable but provides white noise for sleeping. - There is a balcony you can relax on or dry out your swimming gear. It looks over the playground and the bay. - Depending on traffic it is about 35-50 mins from Legoland but TOTALLY worth the drive. - Make sure to have breakfast at Breakfast Replublic while you are there! We will definitely be coming back next year! So, maybe I shouldnt have said such good things... ;)

Perfect location!

I stayed at the condo with my husband and 3 yo daughter. It was so nice having the playground and beach so close. The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay, including beach toys, chairs, and towels. Also, so nice to have secure parking as I imagine street parking would have been difficult to find. I would definitely recommend this condo for any small families or small friend groups.

Excellent location

Our three year old had so much fun at the beach. There is a fun sand playground with all the sand toys you would need. This place is so convenient and comfortable. We had a small problem that the owner took care of immediately. When we return to San Diego this is where we will stay.

Great Condo, almost on beach.

Well stocked Condo close to beach. Comfortable for our family of 4. A few steps from the beach. Great view of the water from balcony. Had everything we needed, beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards. The upper parking lot is a few steps from the front door. Close to restaurants and all kinds of water activities. Also well priced.

Great stay!

The condo was just what we needed to be in town to attend our daughter's wedding. It was near the venue, had everything we needed and the view was great. The owners always replied to our messages very quickly!
