This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house offers the perfect blend of comfort and entertainment. Unwind in the pool table room with a smart 50” TV, a comfy couch, and an inviting egg chair. The open kitchen space provides beautiful views of the backyard, where you can enjoy the serenity of big trees and the delightful presence of birds and squirrels all day long.

The living room features a smart 43” TV, 2 sofa beds, cozy blankets, and a coffee table. A bedroom with a queen bed and a 43” TV is conveniently located on the same level, along with a half bathroom.

Upstairs, you'll find 3 more bedrooms, each equipped with its own TV. The master bedroom boasts its own bathroom and a bathtub for ultimate serenity.

For your convenience, a well-equipped laundry room is available on the upper level. Parking is a breeze with space for up to 6 cars in our safe neighborhood.

Pet Friendly Policy
We welcome your furry companion with open paws! A fee of $100 for 1 small pet (under 20 lbs), and $140 for larger pets (over 20 lbs), applies.
If your pet sheds, we ask for an additional $100 refundable security deposit.
As a responsible pet owner, you agree to clean up after your pet while on the property. If you have more than one pet, an additional fee of $50.00 per pet applies.
Please inquire before making your reservation.
This is a NON-SMOKING house. You can smoke in the backyard but please pick up your butts. If we find evidence of smoking inside, (butts, ashes, burn marks, smoke smell, etc.) we will charge a $300.00 odor clean up fee.
* Please bring a clean pair of shoes to use in the carpet area..
*No candles ,confetti or glitter allowed.

*Any damages or missing items, furniture and electronics is subject to fines equivalent to replacing the item as well.

*You are welcome to use everything in the house but please clean it after you're done using them.

*Do not move the furniture..

*Please acknowledge that we may leave consumables such as drinks, condiments, coffee or snacks. These are free and please indulge yourself to your desire to consume these items but we do not take any responsibility for any allergies or hazards related.
Note *Brands and eligibility can Vary.

*We are trying to accommodate your entire group, please reserve for everyone, Otherwise your reservation would be canceled without refund.

*The Only the people in your reservation are the only ones allowed to be in the house.

*No Parties, events or gatherings allowed , music is permitted at an acceptable volume considerate to neighbors, your reservation would be canceled without a refund.

*Parking is only on the driveway .

Before Check out !!!

Check out is at 10:00 am..
*Leave the beds that you use unmade.
*Start the cycle on the towels.
* Load the dishwasher


NOTE: For every 5 minutes late check out would be a charge of $20.00 (This is what my cleaners charge for)*The beds that you use, please leave them unmade that way, my cleaning team will figure out which ones need to be washed.


If you break any of my house rules I will have to cancel your reservation without any refund.
